Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Katy TX

I just called the Mason Rd store in Katy for help with a paint color, and I want to compliment Jahbari on his patience and efforts to help me. He spent time on the phone with me, asked me the right questions, and helped me consider various options. His help was greatly appreciated.

Nice sales people - matched the paint I purchased from different Sherwin-Williams store without asking any questions.
I would never go to store closer to me on grand parkway / Kingsland. They will not make a new can if you did not purchase the last can from that location.

It’s not possible for a retail store that specializes with a thing to have better quality product or personnel. We’ve been there more than once and will go again when, not if, another need comes up in our lives. Kudos to the team with that ‘Guy’ working together with us on our questions product need and more.

I walked into the store yesterday, and I was hoping someone could help me, but nobody said hi to me, there were 4 staff in-store, and some of the 3 just sat on the chair chatting and laughing. I walked around and got some samples. Then I asked my question, but only a lady who was tidying up the shelf came to me answering my question. Those 3 guys still sitting on their chairs. Looks like they had nothing to do.when I left, only the lady said goodbye to me. Not sure was that because I am Asian. Disappointed.

Manuel saved the day, thank you Manuel. I arrived with a board that needed color matched, and an oldish 1 gallon can of oil based paint. Manual color matched in no time and was able to save about a pint of the oil based gallon. I am very grateful as a new oil based paint pint or gallon were not available in the short term.
