5They did color match a small sample I give them that but they sold me on the concept of that it would be better to buy a gallon of paint that it would be cost efficient than a quart and the person who service me said it would be 20 dollars which it was twice the amount when all I needed was a quart.
The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful! The store is well stocked, clean, neat, organized which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience!

This store is now under new management. I had to come back and edit this review from a 5-star to a 1-star. As someone who values exceptional customer service, I am deeply disappointed in the recent decline in standards at this store. The new manager has single-handedly transformed a once-thriving establishment into an unimpressive and frustrating experience. Unless significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking quality service and assistance for their painting needs. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always relied on this store for my painting needs, but this recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and considering taking my business elsewhere.
That company is always fantastic, today I went to Alamo heights the assistant manager was very courtesy.
