I came into your office feeling like my life was meaningless and I walked out feeling worse than I did when I arrived. The service I received today from a nonprofit counseling center is unbelievable. How can you all turn down a person in need only because your company failed to properly get approved from Cigna even though I provided you with the authorization code. This is not my first time using the EAP program, however, this is my first time experience such horrible service. Betsy, the lady at the front desk had no compassion and lack of empathy. I WAS IN TEARS when I left your office. I do not have $100 to pay for your service. Especially since I provided you all with an authorization code from Cigna. The authorization code from Cigna is a strong indication that my service will be covered at 100%. Why me is this your policy to mistreat your clients or only the ones of a center ethnicity? Again, you are a nonprofit organization with a donation credit card machine on the counter for your clients to see as soon as they walk in as well on your website. Unbelievable! Again a you are a nonprofit counseling center.

Great organization! They are a pillar in the community and help everyone. Non profit and great people that work there. I support them unequivocally.
