Very good service. My cat peed on comforter and it dried out before I noticed. A real nightmare and difficult to wash off. But they successfully removed all odor and made the comforter soft and smell as a new one. I’ll definitely use their service again, and recommend it to my friends.

I took a black wool jacket to have cleaned and buttons secured; 2 weeks and 3 trips later, I got my jacket back in the same shape I dropped it off. When I first went to pick it up, 2 buttons were broken and 2 were missing, which I noticed but they hadn't. The wool hadn't been properly cleaned. They sent it to be fixed. When I finally got it back, buttons were not fixed, they were not secured and they jacket ultimately was not cleaned correctly. What a dishonest business!

They do not pick up the phone during their posted open hours. Called them multiple times over several days no answer.

*DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS*
I took a suit and a dress to this business for dry cleaning for a wedding. They lost a piece of my wife's silk dress. I went back to ask them about it and I spent 3 weeks trying to get an answer. Finally, I was told "We can't find it, " despite them claiming they do everything "in-house. " If they do everything in-house, the only explanation is that this silk accessory was thrown away. Lovely, right? No contact from the manager/owner, despite half a dozen attempts to get answers.

UPDATE: The manager/Owner said to let them know if there's anything they can do after I posted my review. Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone when you call. Also - It's not a belt or scarf. It's a silk ribbon. I told that to your employee 3 different times now. Yet she says "belt" every time I bring it up. If you want to talk to me, call me. You have my number. You don't answer the phone. If you cared, you would have reached out to me over the past 3 weeks. You didn't.until I posted a review.
