Tried for first time today and will say I really enjoyed their take on bacon egg and cheese sandwich through "kolache" form. The bread itself not as good as dedicated kolache shops, but the flavor balance was great.
Still love my good ol Shipley's! Original glazed fresh baked are still the best. Kolaches have been improved a ton as well.
My daughter and doughnut Sunday forced me to buy a rowing machine. I will miss this when she moves out.
Whenever I order from Postmates I’m always brought way more bakery items and the price is always lower than originally priced. Again, this mornings shift went above and beyond and I’m so happy! Thank you for the amazing kolaches and donuts y’all never fail to surprise me!

Good place. "Old fashioned cinnamon rolls" are terrific. Of those, I think the Shipley's @ Bitters/Blanco have the absolute best Old fashioned Cinnamon Rolls. Just AWESOME!
Regularly visit this location and is following COVID guidelines as far as I can see but today front counter employee was not wearing her mask properly- probably should have mentioned it before paying for my donuts.
While they had no donuts or kolaches because if the storm they had warm coffee, yummy shakes and milk. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful! So glad I went
They gave me extra of everything I ordered because they were having a slow morning and gave a cute note & everything! Great customer service! Made my day! (: Ordered from a food delivery service.
