Rushed out and rude cashier. Suggesting I look through the window to see what you have left is so unbecoming. Also walking away and yelling have a nice day horrible service. The bare minimum to say I did the job-Wow
Your store closes at 6PM not 5: 26pm. Customer service is valuable.

This location is wonderful and everything was delicious. I had to place a large order (5 dozen kolaches and 5 dozen donuts) and Raquel was a super star. She helped take my order and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the staff making the pick up go smoothly, definitely reccomend this location.

Absolutely will be coming back I had an issue I wasn’t happy about was completely disregarded as a customer which I am a daily one at that I brought it to Raquel’s attention and she made sure by the time I left the parking lot I was taken care of and made sure I left smiling def glad y’all have her managing this place she is so professional and gets the job done:)

The kolaches seemed like they had been sittng out a while. They were not fresh. The bread was all dry and gross. When I was pregnant a while ago, I got some cake doughnuts that were still doughy inside.

Mason location is our weekend donut run go-to. Shipleys never disappoints with warm donuts/pastries. They know their donuts! Just note that they can run out of your favorite pastries if you don’t show up early-bird. But expect a line if you go early also. Shipleys, please make more apple fritters on weekends for those of us who sleep in!

I have been coming to this Shipleys for many years. Went there this morning with my daughter. Got a dozen donuts. The initial lady that got my donuts and order was nice, then came this mad lady who never said hi just shouted out how much I owed took my card ran it and slammed the window. Alma was definitely not a morning person. Extremely rude. They just built one by my house I will just got to that one. Alma needs customer service training.

Wow haven't been in a while and want be back anytime soon. Prices have gone up substantially and size has dropped to ridiculously small size I mean WOW. How can they in all good conscience sell this Kolache at that price point. Literally half the size it use to be pre covid!

This used to be the best place for coffee! It was the best, fastest service. It has apparently sold to new owners and has plummeted quickly! I am a daily customer and over the last four weeks they have been out of cups, out of creamer, out of coffee and now for the past two days without internet so cash only…. So unfortunate.

Quick friendly service. My first time here and I'll go back. Apple fritters were not as big as some of the other Shipley's but still had that same good taste.

We've kind of been spoiled by the location on 99 and Morton Ranch. Lots of selections and a clear drive through menu. Not at the one on Mason. They don't have the variety, either, like the one on 99. However, the staff are some of the friendliest and helpful you'll ever meet! And, they're so fast! It's still a 10 for me because of the people that work there.

Fantastic service! Fast drive thru, fast walk-in! Great staff, friendly and quick! Good selection of donuts, and kolaches. The best donut place along South Mason Road!

Been coming here for many years. On recent visit noticed sausage and cheese kolaches have shrunk in overall size and now include a larger full size hotdog. We did not like the change at all. Our donut holes were tiny and dry. Many better choices these days. Doubt we’ll be back.

No matter what time of day i go when i ask for fresh donuts they make it! I drive all the way from richmond for this location. The ones by the house always give us attitude and hard time about hot donuts like it’s impossible to make and will take 40 minutes etc.this Katy location is hassle free and i can see the owners in there taking care of it.

There were 10 TEN cars in line in front of us and our wait was less then 5 minutes! They are fast and convenient.

I've been to this location multiple times, and Ill start going to other locations.
Ever since they started offering their "Bigger Sausage and Cheese Kolaches" the Regular ones have gotten smaller, the bread is dry because it's smaller, and has less cheese.
They are cutting corners on products they have offered for years so they can force you to buy the new "Bigger" version that isn't as good, and more expensive.
I won't be surprised when they stop offering the Regular Kolache size all together.
I'll gladly go to other locations.

The employees are nice. Always seem to be busy. They get everything I ask for immediately, I'm not worried about masks or gloves so I don't pay attention like the others who made a review, considering the circumstances, a mask while your in front of a bunch of hot stoves in Texas and gloves on too? I'd be more worried abt sweat dripping in my food. If you wear glasses then masks are just evil. Chillax people, they have doctors to help remove those sticks crammed in you.

Employees don't wear gloves. Come on people, it’s a food place. You’re handling cash, and then at a same time, you’re grabbing donuts. Be responsible and don’t put other people at risk.
