Really good service every time I go with my husband. The whole staff is very kind! I love this location.

Donuts and kolaches are always hot and fresh. Everyone is happy and friendly early in the morning.

They are all super friendly and efficient. Week after week the same employees are here and they are always great.

The people here are what make the place. Shipley's donuts are pretty consistent from location to location. The difference is the people. I will drive out of my way to go here.

There's two gentlemen that work there and no matter how many different donuts I order, they get my order right every time without writing it down. How do they do that? ?

Ordered a few donuts for kids, cashier was handling the food with NO GLOVES and handling cash, that’s disgusting. I asked her to change them and watched her open the box and stick her hand in it again with no gloves or sanitation. I decided to just drive away. If that is how the food is handled in my face I can’t imagine how it’s handled during preparation

Such a horrible donut place! I will never come back this place! I believe the manager or employee of this location she has the worst attitude, this lady was very rude to customer and she never smile and she never make you feel you are welcome when you go to buy some donuts from the shop. She can’t work there. No one will buy donuts from her.

This location is always amazing. Great people. Have been coming here for 8 years and never had a bad interaction. And the donuts are good too.)

This location always has great donuts. I'm a big fan of their apple fritter and filled bar. The apple fritter is the perfect apple dessert. It's a good balance of texture, apples and cinnamon. The filled bar usually has a good amount of custard and if you cut it in half, no custard spills out from the middle. The guy at the drive through window is super friendly and always makes me feel like I am well taken care of. The only issue is the kolaches get a little hard if you get one after 11am.

I ordered 2 filled bars. The ones with the delicious chocolate on top. The employees put them in a box so the chocolate wouldn't get messed up! As always, great donuts, great service, and very efficient

Staff is friendly. Orders are always correct. They are the Chick-fil-A of donuts. This guy at the window operates like a robot.precise

Be careful when you order from here, There was a metal piece inside my kolache. Bought it on 06/14/21.

With out any doubt I believe the manager or the owner of this location she has the worst attitude, this lady she never smile and she never make you feel you are welcome when you go to bye some donuts from her shop (my question to this lady.where is the hospitality?

I really enjoy Shipley's donut texture and flavor. Their apple fritter is top tier and I love the convince of their bags of donut holes too!
