Always Fresh! On my way to work - Yum. Busy in the mornings (7: 30-8: 30A). Best to go inside for service. The drive-thur line and wait time can be long.

Hard to tell they were open till I got to the drive in window where a sign said they were open. Got what I needed.one twisted Do-nut.

This was my first time ever ordering from Shipley’s, and it will be my last. I ordered a dozen of the heart shaped donuts for my coworkers on Valentine’s Day, and they were all raw in the middle. We had to throw them all away.

Always slow service. Whether busy or not, they seem to lack urgency. I’ve shown up with a huge line and have also shown up with nobody in line. Nothing seems to motivate them to take care of customers. As much as it hurts to say, I think Shipley’s should shut down this location for fear of brand damage.

Worst run Shipley donuts I have ever been to. No drive-thru speaker had to place the order at the window slow service. Got trapped in the Drive-Thru and could not leave.

After 12PM they only accept drive-thru orders. Really weird rule…. The sign is posted on the door. I don’t drive, so it was a bit disheartening, but the cashier standing at the register (yes! Standing at the register even though no one is allowed to purchase anything at the register) waved me off. I kind of wanted to cry? I felt stupid standing there. He seemed mad, I’m sorry if my existence was an inconvenience, there’s no way I would’ve known until I saw the door (it’s my first time at this location)

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO UPGRADE. THIER PAYMENT SYSTEM. THE OLD CASH NO. NEEDS TO HAVE CREDIT CARD OPTIONS AS WELL

To early not to have what I needed, line wasnt long but the wait was.and when I got to the window u dont have kolaches. REALLY its 10am

There were no people in the store and nobody else in the Drive-Thru but it took took 4 minutes for a person to realize I was at the window. My field Donuts were quite tasty but the cake Donuts were terrible. Never had a bad donut at Shipley's before

The kolache tasted old and they did not have any cake donuts. It's literally a donut shop.

The first time I went there it was okay it sure was better than the one on Richmond well Wheeler avenue turned into Richmond but the second time that I ate kolaches from there they tasted like old grease and the bread was so thick and dry I've never experienced that from any Shipley's I think they may have been training somebody and it was just they were having a bad morning they've got all those students over there you know giving them a hard time so I'm hoping I'm going to give it one more time one more try the third try should be a charm if it's not I'll never go back there again yes it has changed to some kind of stuffed chicken place or something like that I'm going to have to go by there and see so I can give a good review but it is not Shipley's anymore and they went in and cleaned everything out and we did the whole place seems to be getting a lot of business soon as I go by there I'll let you know what exactly it is they serve I know they serve things that are stuffed the sign says no more unstuffed so sounds good to me more to come

I love Shipley but the employee's are not friendly at all so dry and look very unhappy

The close at 2pm even though the hours say 8

It makes no sense. You get there and there’s just a piece of paper hanging on the drive-through window that says they Close at two

The best glazed donuts! Love the donut holes too! Get them warmed and you're in heaven.

Oh my, back in my college days - we ate so many freshly glazed donuts that it's surprising I never morphed into one lol.

These Mexican have a attitude soon as u hit the DOOR. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE COMING HERE. & ITS DIRTY

Came before they opened, was the first one in the drive thru. A guy worker came to the window and looked and left. He then unlocked the front door. A lady worker came in, and unlocked the drive thru window. But proceeded to help the customer that came in behind her. The whole time I'm sitting and nothing. I came in and she instantly started helping the person behind me in drive thru. I asked her about her ignoring me. She said its because I didn't have my window down. I said you unlocked but never came to it. Its like 30 degrees outside and you want me to sit with my window open and hope you come take my order? No not happening, how about ya'll provide better service and stop arguing with a customer on how you failed as a worker in your establishment. I will never be back. Rude

My first time coming here, and I'm never coming back. I went through drive-thru, and I asked for two sausage and cheese kolaches. Instead I was given two bags of doughnut holes. I went back to tell the woman that I said two sausage and cheese kolaches, not two bags of doughnut holes. I ended up having to pay for the second kolache to even out the balance, and getting an extra kolache for free due to her messing up my order. However it wasn't until I started eating the kolache that I realized I got ham and cheese, and not sausage and cheese like I asked for plus and extra kolache. I ended up just eating the two ham and cheese because I didn't feel like telling her FOR THE THIRD TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG. Nonetheless next time pay attention to what customers are asking for instead of rushing. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
