This is my favorite Shipley’s! They have these delightful iced and sprinkled donut holes and the service is always on point.

Don’t order online and expect to pick them up in the drive thru lane. They will make you get off to pick them up!

So I'm guilty,
I did sneek in to have a Shipley's donut.
Warm.fresh. I cheated from.my diet.
Today omg.so worth the wait.gawd.

Only drive thru is available 2 hours before they close the store. Donuts are cold and stale in the evening.

Very unappetizing. The strawberry and chocolate filled donuts were overfilled to the max. The filling was seeping out everywhere and I had spoon out 3 or 4 TABLESPOONS of filling to be able to eat it.

No customer service. Just packed our donuts and left them on the counter. No bag or napkins. I had a baby carrier and a toddler with me so there was no way to carry the big box so my toddler had to carry it and of course it all fell on the floor.

Giving 2 stars because the manager came and apologized that no bag was provided.

I wish I could leave 0 stars because this is the WORST SHIPLEYS EVER! The donuts are never fresh! When I asked for fresh donuts they literally told me they didn't have any but they could warm them up if I wanted. Also, the service is absolutely horrible! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a paying customer. The staff is extremely unprofessional and actually laughed in my face when I called them out on the poor service. It's sad what this world is coming to. I hope this location gets shut down!

Good donuts and excellent as well as quick service in the drive thru lane at 815 am on a Saturday morning

The ladies working here are always in a really good mood, they’re always very helpful, and they’re always smiling. The donuts are always fresh and so are the kolache‘s. I purchase from them very often and I never have an issue with them!

The last two times I've gone through the drive thru they've charged me for donut holes and didn't put them in the bag.
They must have stopped verifying the orders are being filled properly. My order is aren't complex. 3 items.

Please correct your process.

The ice coffee had no flavor it was pretty much more like water even McDonald's coffee tastes better yall needa fix that

I love that they have a drive-thru. Awesome customer service and delicious donuts what more could you ask for?

I love this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are happy to go in the back and get me fresh, hot glazed donuts. (I do always give them a tip). The place is clean and well laid out. Social distancing is a ;little difficult because it is a small place, but I often wait outside. They bring my donuts to me when it is busy. SHIPLEY'S MAKES THE BEST DONUTS I HAVE HAD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! And I have travelled around a lot.

They have a nice selection of fresh donuts and rolls. The employees are very friendly.

There is Jiffy Lube next door. You can get an oil change and grab a donut and coffee while you wait.

I wish they had maple glazed cinnamon rolls.

I ordered $350 worth of food from Shipley's and they had it ready for me at 5: 30am on a Saturday morning. The worker even helped me out with my many boxes of do-nuts!

So not only did I sit in drive through for 10 minutes behind only 2 cars. I was told to pull up front and it'll be out, 5 minutes later I'm wondering why did I ever go through drive thru if I would be waiting 20 minutes for donuts. Come to find out they were cooking the donuts, now if I knew it was being cooked I would have gotten something else but you would think they would just mention that to save themselves time and effort but ig not. Now I have a bag with powder and glaze on it trying not to touch anything so it wont mess up my coat. Donuts was poorly made but tastes yummy nonetheless.
