Shipley Do-Nuts, Clute TX

I was charged for an items I did not receive and did not order. She did not offer me a receipt. When I asked her for a receipt she give me the receipt and immediately turned away from me. I will not go back. Buyer beware. Check your receipt before you leave.

Always been a fan of Shipley donuts and have been for a little over 30 years now. Great donuts great kolaches. The best donuts around.

The person at the drive thru was very patient with us while the kids decided what they wanted. Very friendly service and good price.

I enjoy going here when I feel like some donuts & coffee. They are quick with getting your order to you. Their donut holes are delicious!

Worst Shirley's I've ever been to. Rude customer service the lady had a bad attitude

Today I drove in for a quick breakfast. The sausage and cheese kolache was fresh and hot with the cheese oozing out when i bit in to the kolache. The service was rapid and pleasant. It makes for a great start to the day.

All the rude service reviews is because of 1 person, and that is the woman with the apron and HUGE necklace. She is the definition of absolute horrid customer service worker. She rolls her eyes, marches off, and mimics you. We asked the price of something and she pretended like she didn’t hear by repeating “what do you want to order” for about 6 times. That being said she needs to watch her foul mouth. Didn’t get any attention by her parents so she decides to takes it out on the customers. She’s like 45+ in age too.

I ordered coffee she asked me if I wanted cream and sugar I said yes. She prepared the coffee for me and I told her “I’m sorry I thought you were asking for it on the side” (because they have never prepared it for me) she rolled her eyes took and gave me another one. I told her she shouldn’t be rude and she just shut the window close. No customer service

This Shipley's is not good. Donuts were way heavy and dense, no apple in the apple rectangle (supposed to be a fritter) they gave me. I've never been so disappointed. Two donuts got ate out of a dozen. I won't be spending another dollar with this one.

Arrived at five, it wasn't busy. The service was very welcoming and observant. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Glazed donuts were not fully done and the choc iced weren't very good either. Very disappointed. Money wasted.
