5They never have the cake donuts later in the evening. We've gone twice now and they were out of cake donuts and kolaches both times.
Always such an easy in and out at this Shipleys! It’s our favorite by far. They are always so nice and helpful. Service is quick and always accurate!
They have a huge selection but you can’t beat their donut holes & jalapeño cheese kolaches!
Yummy. Been going to Shipley's for over 50 yrs. One of the Shipleys family was a client of mine. Loved the free coupons she gave out, lol. Cayla is always so nice and helpful at the Fulshear location. Great employee.
I specifically requested HOT donuts TWICE and they still served me cold donuts. They were not even WARM!
I wish there’s an option of “no star”. The old lady staff is the rudest one I can ever imagine. We have two giveaway cards with limit of 6 cards per time and this woman ignorant of their own policy just threw our cards back to us with poker face saying one card only. We asked her to read the card description. Without any sorry she just picked donuts with barely no communication and left the bags on the counter to us. Gosh, she for sure needs to learn what is customer service.
