Shipley Do-Nuts, Fort Worth TX

We pulled up to the window and ordered breakfast. Low and behold I said the wrong donuts. Ethan was so understanding and patience with us after changing the order twice.great customer service

I guess I went too late (8: 30 am) cause they did not have any more jalapeño rolls, and it didn't appear that they were going to make anymore. So I got three regular, unspectacular, ones. Guess I have to get up earlier next week.

I decided to bring donuts for the team at work. I paid $25 for 12 very, very disgusting donuts and 6 kolaches that were also bad. The donuts at the gas station taste better than Shipley's donuts. When I arrived to work and the team saw the donuts, they immediately passed on them. I know my team and we like to eat. These donuts were a hard pass. The kolaches were hot when I got them but when I arrived at work, they were cold and that's expected. I didn't expect them to be that hard. The bread got stall and the cheese got very hard. At other donut companies and even the gas station, their kolaches are still soft when they get warm or cold. I didn't get a receipt and the lady at the window didn't offer one. I will not visit Shipley's Do-Nuts or even recommend anyone to go to Shipley's, at least not to go to the one on Miller Avenue in Fort Worth. $25 is too much money to waste on poor service and bad food especially donuts.
And I was excited when Shipley's did come to my neighborhood. I just never visited until today and it will be my last visit.

This place really needs to leave out the area its in. Always wanting to add extra charges and barley listen to your simple donut order. Use cash if you go and check your stuff before you leave. Owner just wants your donut money. Not to mention the type of workers she hires, fresh out if high school girls with no type of customer service skills (maria)!

I was excited about having a Shipley in the DFW but these taste nothing like shipleys. Very disappointed.

Delicious donuts highly recommended, plus the service is excellent, very friendly and always attentive! They must go and consume:)

I love the place. It's a quick stop before work, they always have something you want to experience or haven't had.

Since I was 4 years old, it's been Shipley Do-Nuts for the bestest. I'm 58. So that's 54 years of experience eating their confections across a couple states.

Bear claws a real bear would eat despite the name. Sausage and cheese rolls were the bread is the star. If they made them as just hot rolls, I'd buy them as dinner rolls. The meat and cheese aren't really necessary. Those rolls with a schmear of preserves? Would be phenomenal.

The people working there are as sweet as the Donuts.

Yuck! The donuts we got were stale and seemed like they had been cooked yesterday. Our visit was a morning visit. There are many other donut shops around and future visits we'll go there

Overall it was ok. Their kolachies Suck Major glizzys. The donuts are ok. Nothing special.
