Shipley Do-Nuts, Lubbock TX

I bought 3 dozen of the normal kolaches, our whole office of 18 people had to take the day off because of food poisoning. One of my coworkers was hospitalized. Please do not go to this location. The sausages seemed under cooked and the bread was raw on the inside. Made me not wasn’t to eat for weeks. Go to an actual local donut shop, not this corporate trash.

Very polite team but I was very surprised to see how insanely huge the bun is on the regular sized kolaches I bought this morning but could of been an accident. If not I did like the normal bread size before. It is bigger than my hand and im a 5ft female. The donuts were not great either today unfortunately.

Worst donuts and coffee in town. Kolaches are okay but literally the coffee tastes like a kid dumped sugar in it and super artificial.

I’m from Houston, all donut shops from 5-9am have HOT donuts, EVERYTIME I come here no matter the time their donuts are ice cold like a brick. When I asked for hot donuts they throw them in them microwave. I don’t understand this at all, when I someone says hot donuts it means fresh. I arrived at 6am they open at 5-5: 30 how are my glazed donuts ICE COLD and HARD?

First time ever at Shipley’s and I had a great time. Joseph did an awesome job on the kolaches. Thank you guys for hiring such amazing people

It's just not for me, I like fluffy soft donuts and kolaches but these ones here are like cardboard. Smh not for me!

1st place I visit when coming back to Texas. Best Donuts Anywhere and Kolaches Delish. Staff always friendly.

Not a true Shipley's. They buy their "sausage" from Frank's packaged hot dogs at the store.

Best donuts in Texas. Plain glazed are hot off the line all morning! Krispy Kreme is a bad joke compared to this place-especially the one on University south of 82nd. Excellent crew!

Every time we as a family come back to Texas, gotta hit up Shipleys at least once. This particular location has been great every time we’ve been. Great donuts, never been out of anything, employees are hella nice.

I go the extra mile and a half to pass the Dunkin Donuts and go to Shipley's instead. They are just better. They also have great kolaches.

Donuts are great, but if you’re going through the drive thru be prepared to sit for half an hour or so. Oh and then they’ll get your order wrong.

We love Shipley donuts. We were so happy when Shipleys came to lubbock. Being from San antonio we had them all over. Thank you Shipley for coming to lubbock. You have the best donuts.
