They act like they appreiciate my business. They are fast. The donuts are always fresh. The coffee is always hot and fresh.

I usually go 4 times a week to get donut holes for my daughter, and spend the $5 card minimum. The last two days in a row the young Asian man in the afternoon has messed up my order. I ask for apple juice and he gives me orange juice. I let it slide the first time but the second time I brought it to his attention. He then told me it would be about $1.79 for an Apple juice. I just drove off. I’ll make the extra drive to the one on Rankin.

Went later than I typically would for a donut shop but still before noon. Donuts had flies hovering around and landing on them and the employees didn’t seem bothered by it. Just a typical day.

Fridays are our donut day! My kids love getting their donuts here.customer service is great! The only thing I wouldn't recommend getting is their coffee it always taste like it's been sitting there all day. It has a burnt taste so save you some bucks and just get their delicious donuts!

When I was getting my familie's order and the woman that was servicing me was rushing and working on another order at the same time. I had to tell her 3 times to put donuts back because she was not focused nor listening on what I was asking. It really would have been 4 times to put donuts back but I had put a $20 on the counter and she took it and charged it since she felt like we were done with our order. She seems like she was the main person in charge and she needs to work on listening and making sure the order is complete. There was absolutely no customer service. I will gladly go to another Shipley's Donuts.

They didn't understand English then they became so angry i will not go anymore and I do not recommend anybody to go there is not save. They are so terrible people.

Garbage! I've been here NUMEROUS times at different times of the day and have NEVER had fresh donuts, never again.

The drive through lady rushed me & had an attidude when I told her " How can you not have fresh doughnuts early in the morning? "

Oh Dear God, this place is the delicious center of the universe. I ate keto while I was in Houston just so I could squeeze a couple more of these in my gullet.

If I can give them 0 stars I would, bad customer service, went in to buy a few dozens, people are not friendly they will give attitude and just look at you without saying anything. Would not recommend that place to anyone.

Come here almost every morning and always feel welcome great customer service thank you ladies.

The donuts here are usually good, however i believe i was given stale donuts, because i got really bad food poisoning right after i ate two donuts

Very rude Manager, the Lady (do not know her name but she is of Philippines origin) used abusive language, when I complained on being sold rotten and expired milk for the 5th time, she was so aggressive that I had to call Police and register a complaint. Have better places to go, this place is in my neighborhood and I was a frequent customer. Not anymore. Rest of the staff is very polite and OK.

The lady at the drive-thru on weekday mornings is awesome she always greets me with a smile. Which is great considering that most drive-thru employees seem to hate their jobs. I'm a sucker for outstanding customer service.

Lady had an attitude, and ice never paid almost a dollar for a regular donut, really? I dont know thwir prices are higher.i willfo to the one that i usually go to with regular prices and non rude people. Donut wasn't even fresh.

They will try to steal from you, that is why I give them three stars, and because I live close to them. I would rather go somewhere else where they give you the proper price for donuts. Unlike here, they are thieves.

Kolaches here are good, not great. Bread on kolaches a little too dry every time I go. And they have no restroom, which is unheard of nowadays. Customer service is pretty good.

Always has a great selection and have visited at different hours even late night and still a great selection. With fast drive thru
