Shipley Do-Nuts reviews
12I bought half a dozen of sausage and cheese kolaches, at least that was what I thought i got until I got home and only 1 was sausage and the rest was ham and cheese. I called back to let them know that my order was wrong. They told me to bring it back, and I told them I can't because am no where close to the store. And the person I spoke to sounded Chinese, so she said come back tomorrow for a replacement. I went there the next day, and the black lady that actually sold me the wrong order was there. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she had cost me, she started to argue with me. I didn't appreciate it, because I am also a manager at a restaurant, and if any of my employees was rude like that to a customer with complaints, they will be fired on the spot.
All gravy in Missouri, City FM2234. The Spanish lady that waited on me was so kind and patient as always. I pass others up just to be waited by her.
Staff is amazing, haven't been there for awhile but they remembers who comes in. Which is great, and the donuts, donut holes are great. Same deliciousness over the years especially the kolaches
They always have hot fresh kolaches and donuts. The ladies that work there are terrific too!
Anyone who gave other than 5 stars must have been having a bad day and fell out of the bed or something. This place and its friendly workers have been a part of Missouri City for years.
My children and My GrandBanchies really enjoy the freshness the employees are very helpful and even though it's a very busy store they handle it well you go in and you get out
Bought a dozen of kolaches. $24. The sausage was coming from out of the bottom not like it used to be. And the bread was hard. The donuts were old. I just wasted $38. Smh
Glazed donuts didn't taste up to good quality and I ordered a ham kolache and the dough taste it kind of overcooked
Once you taste home cut this place is trash 13786 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77085,
Well this was my first back since 2014 and I am highly disappointed with the the food plus the black lady with the nasty attitude, if life that had stay at home, get home coffee is watery and the donuts and kholache are stiff smh, will never return for sure now, HOME CUT IS MY BREAKFAST HOME FOR SURE A
HATE THEY CLOSED AT 12PM BUT I WILL GET UP. AT 4AM JUST TO TASTE HOME CUTS
Always great service from Miss Janice and the rest of the ladies behind the counter. They always have a smile on their faces and work to get you in and out fast.
My childhood doughnut place. I have such fond memories of this location. I bring my son here now to continue the tradition that we started with our father. I hope that they never close. It's been part of this community for 30+ years!
Conveniently located. Though I prefer drive thru service, it never takes more than a few minutes to get hot, delicious donuts.
The manager, an older black woman, is VERY rude and bitter. She never smiles or says thank you. She got upset with me when I asked to use my debit card when my purchase was $4.50 instead of $5.00. The donuts are usually cold and a bit stale. I kick myself in the bit every time I have to go here, which is rare!
