Shipley Do-Nuts, Houston TX

Although I love Shipley's not this particular location. Staff doesn't use safe practices they don't change while handling money. I've even seen them take the gloves off put them aside cash out a customer then put them back on and take the next customer.

Been coming here for years, staff has always been super nice and very friendly. Ive neve had any issues with the food or any order. They are super stars in here, Thank You.

This people never have change it seems like they are making a good business by keeping the change and that's plain robbery

Bad service
The lady inside but not open the door also not attend the drive through closing time is 10 and it was only 8: 35 pm very bad and she just ignored poor service

She wiped the paper on the counter before she touched the donuts. She had on a boot so I felt bad for her and ignored it. I just prayed that the counter was clean. Some of the donuts I got were hard and stale. Will never go to this location again.

I just came at 8pm and this thing says they close at 10 I drove 10 min for nothing also there was a lady inside who said it was closed and all open signs were on smh

They had hair in the donuts when we got home in the rain. Then when called was told to bring them back for refund.although it's raining and I have two small kids please check ur food before u leave here I will never buy here again nasty should have hair nets on ur head around food

For the past week I’ve been on the early shift. I arrive at 5am to get a HOT Glazed Donut and a chocolate milk. Shipley’s opens at 5am. Why in the good graces of god do I always get cold and stale donuts. The donuts are just sad. The only reason anyone shows up at 5am is to get hot and FRESH donuts. Needless to say, if I’m going to eat cold donuts I’ll go to Dunkin’ Donuts where their style of donuts taste good cold.

Okay had great customer serviceand the lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and took our order with extreme haste that didn't feel rushed. The donuts, for being at 2 p.m, tasted basically freshly baked and the price for our what I thought extremely large order was actually a lot lower than I thought.if I had been at one of those boutique donut shops we would have been spending at least $45 for what we got for 12 at Shipley's. And the quality was almost equal.

How do you not have fresh donuts at 7am? Especially since you had a line of cars in the drive thru. It makes me think you're serving old donuts.

I went yesterday morning and asked for a specific donut by the label in front of it & the young girl was trying to give me something so I let her know that she was giving me the wrong one & she was trying to argue the point. But I told her that they put the labels there so just give me what I'm asking for period!

Floor manager she is a racist all that's working up front is Mexicans fat Mexican that makes callochies there different every day even the houston police dint come in like they use to they even say there racist towwards white people and kirk he just runs around doing nothing the place has really went down hill in the last 6 years not worth recommending

There was a wide variety of donuts and looked so pretty in the case
The donuts were fresh and tasty, and the workers were friendly. The restaurant was neat and clean.

The donuts here are always baked to perfection. The cashier ladies are so nice and patient too!

I like this location the Donuts are always fresh and service is great as well, I absolutely love the fact that they have a drive through. The location is clean and they stay open till 8 most Shipley’s close around 3-4 pm. The kolaches are pretty tasty too
