It's ok the lines are always long (good thing)
I wish they had more kolache options like some places but thats me being picky. Bilingual.

First time trying the famed "Shipleys" since moving to Texas and was not disappointed. Soooooo good!

Nice, clean store. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Donuts, kolaches and coffee were fresh even at 11 am. Would definitely recommend to others.

Food and coffee is good. I usually get an assortment of donuts and sausage kolaches. The big downside is their drive through line. They always look so busy and it’s because they’re drive through process is so slow. It will take you at least 20 minutes just to get up to the window to order. If you go inside to order, you will get your order and be out the door before the drive through line has even moved.

Tried to make a payment for a phone order placed by my co-worker. They need a professional to answer the phone because the woman I spoke with didnt know what planet she was on. She also couldn't find the order that was placed this morning. After calling back we spoke to a normal human who was able to assist us properly.
Donuts are good though, oh well.

This Shipley's is the nicest I've ever been to. It's real clean and very big. The atmosphere is awesome, and someone is always here with good conversation.

I was disappointed that at just past 8am on a Saturday morning, during Rodeo season-at that, they only had 2 cake donuts. I've stopped at this particular location on South Main before and experienced a similar situation of not having at least 1/2 dozen of the cake donuts available for purchase. Maybe they sold out but they should be more prepared for the influx of additional customers during this time, at least. Not very good management.

How are you in the medical center and never have hot donuts in the morning. I grew up on shipleys but i give up. I'll make that drive to Krispy kreme from now on

The service was very poor, I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and when I got to the window they didn't have anything I wanted. Service was too slow. They need to get her in that place.

Great little hole in the wall. Good bagels and Reuben was quite good. I recommend to anyone in the area if you are looking for a good New York style cafe.

They couldn't make change they didn't have the product I was looking for in the service was very slow

The wait time in the drive-thru is 20-35 min. It's blocked in so you cannot get out of line if you need to. The customer service the morning of 5/25 was terrible and the donuts were stale. The wait i'm use to but the quality of the donuts and service were sub-par. Giving this location one more chance before taking our business across the street.

Every time I have tried to order from inside the door is locked and I arrived in time before they close the door and just the drive thru was in service. Then my order was all wrong and to finish the filled donuts tasted oily. Go to other place. There's a hundred options better than this one.
