Horrible working for this company. I worked for them for 3 years 9,756 shops 5 stars and 200 preferred customers.
They will never have your back. They could care less about you! One day they will just trim the app off in the middle of a shop. They won’t tell you why? But they will allow you to dispute but you don’t even know what you’re disputing.

I’m a 60 year old woman I’ve never been cut off, terminated, and such an unprofessional, disgusting manner, considering how hard I worked for them.
On the customer side, I was shocked how much they marked up items. My device order your groceries from the grocery store and swing by and pick them up or have favor or Instacart. Deliver them to your house. It’ll save you a lot of money.

Absolutely the worst delivery company Target could use. If you have an order. Do same day pick up. And send a Uber for it when you get notification that your order is ready. Avoid this company at all cost.

Best Buy is apparently using Shipt to deliver stuff. I received a delivery notification from Shipt and it was never delivered. This morning I look at my Best Buy account and the delivery person returned the product for some reason. I will not be using Shipt in the future.
