3 My son absolutely loves Dr. Williams, she always has a smile on her face and even takes time to listen to every word My son has to say, even if it has nothing to do with the visit. One of his Dr's absolutely demanded we go and see her, when we got to see her she looked at my son and said didn't I just see you? Which the answer was yes, after explaining why we was back, she checked him out and with a stunned look on her face, she said that there was no sense for the other Dr. To send him back because there was nothing wrong with his heart. Go figure. She is wonderful with my son, and he absolutely love's her. We will continue to her office no matter the drive, she is so worth it.

Waited nearly 2 months for my appointment only for them to call and tell me less than a week before that they needed to reschedule last minute, the next available appointment they acould accommodate my work schedule (which is pretty open) was almost 2 more months away. Don’t recommend this doctor. I will also point out it took them almost 3 weeks to respond to the referral that my doctor sent over in the first place. Communication and organization isn’t their strong point.
Shirley Williams' incompetence KILLED MY MOTHER (pictured below). Seven years of appointments with Williams was not sufficient to get a single diagnosis. Seven years of "YOU'RE FINE" - over and over and over - when clearly all was not fine. How is it possible for a cardiologist to MISS all the evidence/symptoms of coronary artery disease for seven years? How is it possible for a cardiologist to order - and perform - a chemical stress test on a patient who has advanced coronary artery disease (a reprehensible decision) ? Even lay people know better. How is it possible for a cardiologist to then CAUSE the patient to suffer a massive heart attack ON the TABLE, NOT RECOGNIZE THE SYMPTOMS, and SEND THE PATIENT HOME with extreme chest pain, profuse sweating, dizziness, and nauseous? !? This woman should NOT be practicing medicine. The remaining five years of my mother's life were spent in agony and depression as a result of Ms. Williams irrevocable incompetence. Mom was reduced to fraction of the active, vivacious woman she had been previously. The only thing you can do when your heart is functioning at 30% capacity? Sit around and wait to die. Her slow death took five years. And the doctor? Not a single acknowledgement, not a single apology. Shame on you.
