Shoe Carnival, Baytown TX

Service was awful… I have to ask another customer to reach out the shoe size… next time I will take a picture of the employees just standing in a corner and doing nothing…

Got to be the rudist store that I have visited in a long time employee walks by doesn't say hi welcome to the store, excuse me or get the hell out of the way or nothing, never offered assistance and when I got one of the step ladders and got the box of the size shoe we were looking at, she came and snatched the ladder up and gave a go to heck look like she was so upset. So needless to say I will not be returning. Especially this store.

The sales lady was friendly and very efficient. That seems almost rare in the last few years. Keep up the good work.

I visit this store often. I chose a pair of shoes that were on sale based on the tag on the shoes. When they were rang up I told the girl they were on sale. She said the tag was in the wrong spot. Normally places honor those prices. When I asked her about that she said well anyone could have moved the tag. She could have said I’m Sorry I can’t or let me ask a Manager she just dismissed me. I work in a Customer environment and I would never dismiss anyone without a valid explanation. I won’t return.

I hardly ever say something like this, however, this was the worst costumer service I have received in the last 2 years! I guess they did not like my kids being in there so I was ignored almost the whole time we ware there! They seen me and my 2 kids struggling to find shoes and no one cared enough to ask me if I needed help finding shoes! And they weren't doing anything! So finally I had enough and had to almost beg for someone to help! I will not be going there again! Specially after they looked at me and my kids like if I was a bother to them! Sorry I was shopping at this store to begin with!

The store manager TRISHA, has a very unprofessional and rude attitude. Would've left a 1 star review but thankfully the District manager called me after I submitted an official complaint and my needs were met. Store had a promotion announced over the intercom that shoes with pink sticker were $10 for the next 10 mins. As I approached the counter with box of shoes with the pink sticker, TRISHA refused to sell them to me for $10. Stated that the shoes were going to be $55 and nothing less. Very unpleasant demeanor and acted as if the remaining balance of the shoes was going to come out of her own paycheck if she were to sell them to me for 10 bucks. After the phone call with the district manager who was very helpful, communicated to the employees at Baytown store that they WILL honor the deal, I did in fact return to the store that same day and BOUGHT the shoes for $10! Would've loved for TRISHA to ring me up to see her face that she did in fact sell me the shoes for $10! Why offer promotions if you're not gonna keep your word.
