Was greeted when I walked in. That's always nice to be noticed! I found the perfect boot I was looking for! My size was on display, but couldn't find the matching boot, asked for assistance and they searched the stock room, all the boxes, and low and behold, they found it! Great team work! I am one of the many customers that walked out happy! Thanks crew! Great teamwork!

Okay for a small store, more customer service training maybe for the young employees. I had to take my own security tag off when I got home bc they missed one!
