I recently entered a raffle for Jordan's this location hasn't answered phone in 48hrs not at all good customer service makes me believe the raffle is rigged or something terrible business. I will never spend any money again here

We went shopping to purchase a pair of Nike's and walked into the store about 10 minutes before they were closing on 3/9/2020. The staff was very friendly and professional and helped us with our purchase. Once we walked out, we realized we left one of our bags of clothes from express that we paid cash with and left the receipt in the bag but couldn't get back into the Mall because it closed. I called Shoe Palace first thing on 3/10/2020 to see if they still had my bag and they did! These employees are trustworthy and were very friendly and returned my clothes I left back to me. If the owner of Shoe Palace see's this, your manage on duty for closing on 3/9/2020 and opening 3/10/2020 at the Frisco Stonebriar location is an amazing employee as well as the other workers that were working with him! Your store is clean/very organized and the staff is friendly, trustworthy and helpful!

Called and they have horrible custom service over the phone. Guy didn’t even bother to help he just said no to everything. Don’t even want to step into the store now. Talk about a bad first impression. If I could I would give this place zero stars!

The young manager only calls back Asian people for raffles. I even heard the lady work there ask the manager why you only calling Asian people back for the raffles? I seen the guy hand pick them out, be fair with the system somebody should call the District manager.

Don’t waist your time entering the raffles! These raffles are hand picked! If your name is not of Asian decent your raffle ticket will be put back into the bucket. Sad

I returned a pair of shoes I didn't like here and they did not give me a return receipt. When I asked about it, the manager came and pretty much yelled me out of the store. I called corporate and they seemed very sincere and asked me to email them a detailed description of what happened. I did it and it's been almost 2 weeks and have not heard anything back. Obviously, they don't really care. Also, I checked my credit card and the refund was not issued. I'm guessing they have shady practices about keeping the returned items but not giving the money back. Now I have to go through the headache of filing a police report for theft and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Just got to foot locker. Lot more professional and not shady.

The store itself is a great store. Manager by the name of Brenden/Brandon Anderson is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Needed verification that I purchased shoes for my daughter after I mailed them to her and was stolen from the postal office by a postal worker. He said he could not give me any type of verification even though I paid with card. His exact words “if they were stolen they were just stolen we can’t do anything call corporate” I asked for corporate number he said it was on the receipt and the website! I asked for store number while being on the phone with corporate he said he didn’t know it it was only his 3rd day! Obviously he doesn’t have the qualifications to be in management. Other than that the associates that work there are very nice and are very helpful. Oh yeah I had the purchase on my account summary but wanted to make sure things were handled faster by getting the actual verification from the store itself!

Avoid this place at all cost manager was very rude store was just opening in morning was there to return shoes before I could even pull out receipt said he could make return cause he had no cash when it was suppose to go back on credit card. Then he seen receipts was from store in another mall said he couldn't do return told him that isn't it the same store. Will never buy shoes from this store again should have just kept buying my shoes at footlocker champs or finish line. Workers are alot nicer at them stores
