My size arrive in a 8 I was so stress about these shoes. I felt so comfort I even brought of white and gold Reebok's and lacrosse slide with a Jordan slang bag.

I don't know maybe update your store hours so people aren't waiting an hour for you to open at 11am

Johnny From San Antonio was fantastic! He offered us the newest Jordans that has literally just came out today before they were all gone! He was super nice, friendly and I definitely think he need a raise for his hard work! We need more hard workers like Johnny

Went in for a specific shoe with a unique color, they didn’t have a lot of colorful options in my style but the guy working was really cool and told me the apps and sites I need to check out to get the shoes I want.

I went into this store and the sales staff straight up ignored me. I was looking at the shoes and looked directly at at least 3 of the sales staff that were on the floor. They broke eye contact and straight up ignored me. I walked out and will never be back.

Very nice staff. Went to Nike store on Congress and was very disappointed. Little to choose from and only had yoga clothes. Shoe palace has better selection.

I was in here with my fiancé and his friends today about half an hour before they closed, and Elizabeth took care of us. I really liked the fact that they weren’t rushing us and let us take our time to look. She was so helpful and sweet! So I hope her managers see this! I work retail and to be attentive and nice to customers up until y’all are closed means a lot! (:

The shoes have fake everything I’ve had AirMac before and they are not suppose to be rubbery and bending so easily

I bought shoes before and at this visit but their selection seemed limited. Customer service was great both times

I call to see if they have the shoes that i wanted i they said that had the shoes and i told them if they could hold them when i get ther and so no but they said that when i get there they will still be there and they lie to me

They don’t even deserve this 1 Star! Their whole attitude here is trash, poor customer service! So from this morning was told to come back later in the day, come in and this sale associate had a worse attitude then the first one today. Earlier today I was told they couldn’t refund my card bc their credit machine would be negative. Then this sale associate didn’t even greet me upon arrival was rolling his eyes like a girl and just trash attitude.
