Chef was not enthusiastic. We had a group of 9 and half of them had never been before. There was no real showmanship or entertainment. Rice was hard, shrimp under size, chicken and shrimp over cooked and not tender. Disappointed as we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Mentioned that at the start and it was disregarded. It was very hot inside to where most of our party was getting uncomfortable. Called and explained to the manager, Tabel, afterwards so that our party was not uncomfortable.

I love shogun but this location sucks. Service was terrible, cooks were all in a rush, and it felt like it needed a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor and go 5 miles up the road to the Creekside location.

Our server Bridget was amazing! The food was good but they were backed up so I'm sure the food could have better if they weren't rushing. One thing I will say is, it was hot as hell in there. Probably due to the table top grill. Overall, a great experience.

Food was good and the chef did a great job with what he was given. The waitress was rude and messed up 3 of the 5 orders. She then handed out to-go boxes before we were half way finished the meal.

I have been to Shogun several times but this location has the absolute Worst customer service ever. Know one acknowledges you when you enter. The food takes forever to arrive, once it does arrive it’s cold and the rice taste funny. Not to mention that the manager has a piss poor attitude. I should have went to Cane’s across the street.

I love this place but lemme tell you one thing, also do Hibachi and not just for the show. You're paying the same price as the inner restaurant but getting fresh and often better tasting versions of the same food.

Beware of take out from here. Much like many other poor reviews for take out from this location, we had a really bad experience with our Hibachi filet and Hibachi chicken. The filet was grey, tasted bland and overcooked (ordered medium rare), and was sitting in a soup of liquid surrounded by mixed vegetables that turned out to be 95% zucchini. The meat tasted old. I called and the manager told me to bring it back and never offered even a partial refund for the inedible food. I live 20 mins away and am not wasting my evening because of their poor take out food quality. I suggest you improve your take out cooks/process. Never ever again for this Shogun.

Excellent food every time! Great dining experience whether you dine at the grill or a table or booth. The Bento Box is a MUST TRY. Also, the AMAZING SUSHI.

Good food, nice people. The staff were all being mask compliant. My salad was a little drenched, so I will make sure to order dressing on the side next time. Also the fan above the cooking area was a little loud for my sensitive 12yr old. So if you have a child with noise sensitivity I would probably sit in the dine in area instead. Overall good visit.

Food was good. Service was somewhat inattentive, and the place was deserted Finally just left money on table and left.

The quiet little Japanese sushi and hibachi grill restaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced.

I leave for a job for 4 months away from my family so I can support them. We went to shoguns for a family outing before I leave and the service was utter garbage. It took 10mins for the drink order and many other waiters and waitresses were sitting around conversing. It wasn’t busy, there was no reason for the poor service. More than anything I feel bad for the habachi chefs cause they have to split the tip with there useless counterparts.

BEWARE!

My debit card information was stolen after using it at this Shogun. This is the ONLY place I used my card for nearly two weeks prior.

A police report is being filed and I fully intend to prosecute the thief.

BEWARE!

My teriyaki beef was not cooked to order. It tasted like it had been sitting around. My octopus salad had plastic wrap in it. I will not return to this place!

It's been years since I last ate here and I won't be going back again. I took my parents to dinner for their 47th anniversary and we ate at the Hibachi. The Hibachi we were seated at was dirty. The cook overcooked our filet. The fried rice was virtually tasteless. And to top it off, the waitress never returned back to us with my change. Akaihi on Louetta @ Stuebner-Airline is cleaner, taste better and cost less.

It was not packed. No wait. Food was pretty good. The guy that cooked for us made it fun for my kids.

Great food. Funny chef. Fantastic service.but they don’t take gift certificates that they give out.how does that work? They get paid and give us a gift certificate good for the amount paid.then don’t accept it when used. I don’t get it. Sorry but not a fan of people who steal money!

Food was great. Hibachi show was okay. Service was terrible because they had our waiter on the hibachi side and the table side so he only showed up to get us drinks once and then about 45 minutes later he came back and got us drinks and our check.
