The food is over-priced although it was good. The bartender was late or didn't come in 8-2-23. The waitress only came once. My wife waited for her drink for 20-25 minutes and wasn't asked if she wanted another one. Needless to say we won't be back.

Love hibachi and sushi plus having the chef cook it right in front of you is amazing when they are as talented as the guy we had.

They only offer the show in the afternoon, travel from Oklahoma and When I arrive at lunch I am informed that the show is after 5 PM, THE CHEF who prepared the food for us was very friendly, did a good job, WE CONGRATULATE OUR MEXICAN CHEF.

We liked the sushi, and the flavor was good but when we talked about drinks like pink lemonade and sweet tea; those drinks need improvement because the lemonade tasted like water with a little taste of lemon. In my opinion, is better to pick a drink such as soda, beer, and cocktails.

Sushi was ok, nothing special, good salmon though. Sushi people were very nice, server was like a budget Chris Hemsworth. They use crab sticks, I prefer crab salad in my rolls.

We were out of town for an event in Grant, OK and HAD to eat at Shogun because I love the one in Tyler, TX.
To 'me' the wait was usually long for 11: 40am, but it seemed like they only had 2 chefs for the lunch shift so, that would explain the wait.

It was disappointing that they don't serve noodles, but the food was good. The chefs didn't display any showmanship, but maybe that's reserved for dinner service.

All-in-all, service was fine & if I'm ever in Paris again, I will be back.

Have the absolute worse customer service in Paris. And the manager couldn’t care less about the customers.

It's okay, not the best or the worst I've had. The chef was very straight to the point, aside from one big flameup there was none of the showmanship you might expect in a place like this. For lunch you get your choice of soup or salad, neither soup or salad is a high dollar item it seems like a bit of a cheap move considering the cost of the meals. My wife did appreciate the option of getting double rice instead of vegetables, until it was plated, Fried rice was lacking in substance, just rice, egg, sauce, and excessively peppered, could have been greatly improved with the pepper dialed back as well as some vegetables and possibly bacon added to it.

I had the chicken, it was ok, my wife ordered the Steak and Salmon, she enjoyed the steak, her salmon was inadvertently given to the gentleman to her left. The restaurant offered to prepare her a new piece of Salmon, but she declined after seeing how the Salmon intended for her was overcooked and drowned in sauce, the restaurant graciously gave us half off her meal.

I personally wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, but if you want hibachi in Paris this is probably your best bet.

We were traveling through Paris and decided to stop in for dinner. We were pleased with the service and the food. I would recommend to all travelers and anyone who enjoy good food.

Excellent food party had fillet mignon, steak combo with salmon, and steak combo with calamari. Everyone enjoyed their food however the people with steak combos said they got gristle in a few pieces but still highly enjoyed everything.

They online store never seems to be available no matter what day or time. What’s the point of having a place to order online if you don’t ever have it available?

Delicious food. Expect a wait. We arrived at 1. We were sat at 1.30. They close at 2 for lunch so we were the last ones left and took the majority of our food to go (we were not pressed to do so just wanted to let them clean up) my kids love it and always choose it for their birthday lunch. Had a newer waiter who was still learning the ropes but the rest of the team picked up where he was behind.

Quality of experience was equal to past hibachi experiences. The chefs on duty were skilled and fun to watch.
Not much of an ambiance. Bare walls, but that's okay, we have kids on the Spectrum and appreciated the absence of overstimulation.

Between our family members, we had hibachi chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, and lobster tail. We got a mix of white rice and fried rice. The miso/broth soup and "scary but delicious" salad were a hit with all of us. Every bite was delicious!

Our wait time was minimal. The chef was friendly and rather a performer in his craft. I had the lobster.stellar! My husband had NY strip & shrimp. It was cooked perfectly to order (medium rare). Serving sizes were rather large, so I had a meal for the following day. Waitstaff was friendly, too.

WARNING ️ BAD MANAGEMENT. I have gone to this restaurant numerous times and usually I get good food and okay service. Tonight I went here with my husband and one of our sushi rolls tasted fishy. We both only had one bite, looked at each other and agreed it was bad. We let the manager know that it was bad and that we wanted to substitute it for a different roll. She said we would have to pay for it either way because they had made it and we had eaten it. I pointed out that we only had eaten 2 of the 8 pieces and that one would have to eat a piece to know if it was bad. She still said she was charging us for it. We told her to cancel the rest of our meal and left. I want to say that I was more upset by the way that this manager handled this situation than I was by a bad roll. This manager made it clear if you order food and they make it then you will pay even if it tastes bad. This is supposedly their policy. You have been warned ️ there is no satisfaction guarantee here.

Wife and I went there for dinner. We ordered a Phili roll, a Black Tie roll, and was sharing the Filet Hibachi & 2 beers. Phili came out and it was really good. The Black Tie came out and we both tried a piece, and we both tasted a fishy taste. We got the attention of an employee, and told her, and asked to sub out a spider roll instead. She said we'd have to pay for the roll anyways, since we ate it, although, only 2 pieces were eaten. We asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. I asked her "why would we pay for something that tastes bad, and won't eat". She said "we used our ingredients, you ate it, so you pay for it. " I asked "even though we both say it tastes bad, and want something else, we'll have to pay for it still and pay for the new roll? " She repeated her answer, with "Our fish is fresh, it's not bad. " So we canceled the rest of our meal, paid for the rolls and beer and left. I'm an area supervisor for a restaurant franchise, and been in the restaurant industry for 17 years. I can't believe that a restaurant would make a customer pay for something they said tastes bad, especially if they wanted to exchange it for something else. She should have said "no problem" and replaced it. We didn't ask for anything but to replace that roll with another. That $15 (customer cost) roll cost you a $95ish ticket. I doubt we'll be back. Tokyo Express we'll have our business now.
