Showcase Carpets & Floors corrected a builder error by properly floating the floors in our new home. Marcie alerted us to the problem and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The work was done carefully and efficiently. Our floors look great! We have every confidence in Showcase and recommend them highly.

We had a water leak in our attic and decided to replace the carpet in all our bedrooms and closets with vinyl flooring. I searched the internet and found Showcase Carpets. They had such great reviews so I went in to talk to them. I was greeted by Alyssa who was able to closely match a sample of some current flooring in our other rooms. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and let me take a sample home so I could see how it would match. The following Monday Marcie came and measured all areas. Material was ordered and the entire job took just 2 days. The workers took care to protect our floors and furniture as they worked. We are very pleased with our new floors and would gladly recommend Showcase to anyone looking to replace flooring. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises.

We would highly recommend Showcase for floors and carpets! We went with someone else for our vinyl floors and quickly learned what a mistake that was. Showcase did our carpet removal and replacement in one day! They are very professional, friendly, and they communicated very well. The team that did the work were so great! HELPFUL GOOD PRICE QUICK RESULTS
The Showcase Carpet team did a fantastic job. I don’t often leave reviews but the result they gave was beyond worthy of one. Moving a piece of furniture I managed to tear the carpet up at a transition point between the laminate wood floor hallway and a carpeted bedroom. We don’t use transition plates to hide the seam, instead the carpet is expertly rolled underneath itself to appear seamless, so by tearing that up by mistake I made quite the difficult job of getting it back in place. It certainly wasn’t something we could DIY so I called around for estimates and Showcase was both the best price and the friendliest response I received. They were willing to come out next day (compared to other companies that would need to schedule me out much further between their “bigger jobs”). Being made to feel important despite having a “small job” speaks to the customer service Showcase delivers. The team that arrived was both courteous, helpful, and professional. Our small job was actually rather complicated as some very specific tools and supplies were needed to get it done so an additional visit was needed but they worked with our schedule to get back out here asap and the end result is perfect, you could never tell the carpet was completely untacked at one point. Highly recommend this team for any carpet or flooring needs, especially as it comes to their price, availability and friendliness. (And it may be helpful to know the team we worked with spoke English as a first language so communicating our needs was easy)

Showcase did a beautiful job on the tile in my four bedrooms. They did a wonderful job matching it to the existing tile. The installers were always on time and very professional. I would recommend Showcase for all of your flooring needs.

Only use Showcase Flooring if you want an expert. From the mill to the installation the sales staff and installation team are the professional. We had our entire home’s floors replaced. What was suppose to be a 3 day job concluded after just 2 days… on time & on budget! I just moved into Kingwood and needed floors put in before I moved in. I stopped by Showcase to check the selection, prices and availability of what they carry. I wound up getting 2 rooms carpeted and a room finished with porcelain. I could not have been happier with the price, selection and installation. Marcie was awesome and helped me pick out just what I needed. Would absolutely use them again.

I just had new vinyl planks and carpet installed and I love them both! I was nervous about this process, but Showcase made it very easy. The crew was friendly and always on time. They worked so hard throughout the 3- day project, I couldn't even tell you if they took their breaks! They cleaned up super well, too, after the job was done. Highly recommend.

Just had our ground flooring replaced. From the front office staff to the installation crew we could not be happier. The crew did a super job, efficient workers and very pleasant to work with. Would def use them again and.recommend them to friends

We worked with Showcase for almost two years before finally starting and completing the job. They were able to hold the price during a time of large price increases. We made a switch, in the middle of the job, to taller baseboards. They handled this without a hitch. The installers were also wonderful. We could not say anything better about the end result.

Show case carpet and all their contractors are very professional, & very kind.the difference between them and Empire Flooring are as different as day and night. I would highly recommend everyone call Marcie at Show Case Carpet for all their flooring needs.

We were shopping for a carpet for our living room in our new apartment. They were very helpful and professional and really knew what they were doing. I will definitely shop here again before going to Home Depot or Lowe’s where you can’t even get anyone to talk to you. Very nice people here.

All the people at Showcase were friendly and professional. Marcie was very helpful and managed our project well. The installers were proficient and really took care of our new house, and over the 4 day project we had no complaints or issues. We would definitely use them for any size project as ours was quite large with nearly 3800 sq ft of changes with additions of both vinyl plank and carpet. A job well done!
