First of all I only received 11 roses instead of the dozen and then they died within 3 days. I send email directly and no response. Worst ever.

It’s face meltingly hot in Houston. I had run to the store when my driver tried to deliver, so rather than leaving everything to melt, they texted and arranged to return the next day with a fresh bouquet. Thanks, Sicola’s!

My husband ordered a 4DZ Rose bouquet from Justflowers.com and was delivered locally from Sicola's. They were delivered a day late. Sad looking bouquet. Some of the leaves were torn, some came already wilted and ohhhh.they threw in a few sticks in there with NO ROSE BUD! So this is what you send for someone who spent well over $300! I treied hadnling this with Justflowers as they were purchased through here and they are THE WORST and after reading Facebook review's for Sicola's Florist, they have bad reviews as well. I hate that this was the first time my husband sent me flowers and that this experience has been awful! Pictures are from delivery date of 5/4/21 and what they looked like when I got into the office first thing that Friday morning on 5/7/21. This is what a couple of hundred dollars got me.

The team at Sicola’s did a beautiful job creating a wrist corsage for our special night! There was so much care that went into every detail of that gorgeous corsage. Thank you Sicola’s for making this occasion so special!

My mother's 89 year old brother recently passed of Alzheimer. His daughters had a specific theme in mind for the flowers that I wasn't sure I understood or knew how to explain. I worked with both Melissa and Jessica at the Pinemont location trying to explain the design request over the phone. Although I had no clue what to expect, the spray was absolutely lovely and especially special for the services of a man. Our family was thrilled with their innovation and service. I will be sure to work with the Pinemont location going forward and will try to maintain the relationship with Melissa and Jessica.

I ordered white roses for Mother’s Day. The flowers were totally incredible and fabulous. Every rose was absolutely perfect. No brown spots anywhere and buds were ready to open. Lovely arrangement with extra greenery in a large vase. I have ordered from this florist on several occasions and every order has been perfect.

The florist was friendly, helpful and the price was perfect. The floral arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. I highly recommend Sicola's Florist (Jones & West). Amazing!

The florist called me after I contacted them via email I sent asking if they were going to deliver or credit my order. It was nothing that was in there control that delayed the deliver on my sisters birthday. The Winter freezing blast Texas received caused the delay and totally understood. They contacted me as soon as they returned to their shop and asked me if I still wanted it delivered or get a credit. They delivered it the day after her birthday which I’m sure roads were still very dangerous but made it happen. Thank you for showing what customer service really means to you. Hopefully next will be clear skies.

I ordered roses, via the Internet, for my wife for our anniversary. Sciola's was the florist to whom the order went. The roses were delivered on time, and were very nice, but only 15 stems of the 18 ordered were delivered.
I called Sciola's on Monday, and they sent 18 more roses to my wife, which I thought was a very fair way of rectifying the error. There was no protest or argument: Sciola's representative was friendly and helpful, and I'm 100% satisfied with how they took ownership of the issue and did their best to make it right.

I have received and ordered sympathy plants from Sicola's before and was very pleased but this was the first time I ordered flowers and I was very happy with the pictures the recipients sent me of the flowers they received. They were beautiful and looked exactly like the flowers on the website (which is rare as I have ordered from other places and they never look as good as they did online). I ordered directly from Sicola's website and it was easy and best of all they offer free local delivery. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely order from them again!

I called for information regarding an ad they had placed for Valentine's Day. Absolutely, horrible customer service. The unprofessional girl who answered the phone has absolutely no customer service skills. When she answered the phone she answered with, "Hello. " Not the name of the company, I had to ask if I was calling the correct place, she simply said "yes. " She could barely give me any information and when she asked for my information so someone could call me back she very rudely told me, "whoa, slow down, " then began reading back to me, with a condescending tone, my name and number as if how she was saying it was the way I should have said it to her. I'm still waiting for a return call from someone who know what they're doing. #TwoThumbsDown

My family sent an arrangement on line. The arrangement was half of what was in the on line pictures. It was not until we requested a screenshot of what they advertise to compare to what was actually received that they offered to send a replacement. Not good. Too expensive to have to deal with this.

Great Customer Service and the Flower Arrangement was delivered quickly and was Beautiful. I will call them again. I love supporting small businesses even if it’s not in my hometown. The florist is down the street from her job so it was perfect. Thank You
