Unfortunately, they don't do due diligence with insurance and costs. I was told my only cost would be $20, I ended up receiving a bill for over $200. I'm very disappointed that the staff didn't take better care to check on the costs and provide this information when I asked prior to my visit. I understand if I hadn't asked, but I was upfront about wanting to understand this prior to my visit.

Dr. Dietrich performed ACL surgery on my knee. I am extremely grateful for all the effort the team put into. Professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
