Siegel Select Dallas

This place is a nightmare because one of the staff member give my daughter drugs and she went crazy have to go to inpatient rehab and the staff member was fired for stealing the master keys to room but the manager don't change any of the locks and people where complain about someone being in there room because I know that someone was in my room while I was. Working o called 1 was working because things because thing was missing

I wouldn't recommend here they steal your money and they are very rude very poor customer service one week im paying 180 next week im paying 214 another week 140 then goes back up to 294 then they offer u advance payment and try to say your late

We’ve been staying here since they’ve open, & I’m sick of having to hear fire alarms in the middle of the night w two toddlers in here! This is ridiculous!

I recommend this place. I have been here since August and I have never had any problem. I really like it here and the price is pretty good considering everything is included in the rate. I paid monthly but I’m not sure that saved me money or not. I never actually inquired about it. Maintenance has always come and addressed any issues I have had in a very timely manner. My refrigerator went down and within 30 minutes I had a new one rolled in. No checking mine out while my food could have gotten ruined. Just a new one in and my broken one out. That’s better than a regular apartment complex. The security is great. They are friendly and likable. They do an excellent job keeping non- residents off the property. One incident with theft of a part on my vehicle did happen. It could have happened anywhere in the metroplex honestly. After filing a police report and speaking with DPD, I found out that this type of theft has been a problem in Dallas period. I am only moving because my new job takes me out of the area.
I do want to say that the current front desk staff and managers are wonderful. Very friendly and always have a smile on their face when I go into the office. 2 out of the people working here were here when I moved in snd they couldn’t be nicer. There has been a change in front desk staff over the last few months. Everyone I have spoken with has been great and very helpful since day one though. I really do like the current staff from maintenance to security to front desk and management. Oh and one more thing - I had all of my Amazon packages shipped here and delivered to the front office. I never had a problem picking them up. The packages were always there and never tampered with. One very rainy afternoon one of the front desk staff brought my package to me since she had to come to my building anyways and she had the ability to take the “staff route” which kept her out of the downpour unlike me if I would have had to go to the office. I would have been soaked. That really was a nice, above and beyond gesture on her part. Have a great day everyone that reads this!

Horrible place to stay. The are rude. Their building is outdated and is gross. Would not recommend to anyone.

I am a guest here at Siegel Select. I called ahead and asked for a one bedroom, none available but If I wanted I could go ahead and move in and ought to be one come up any time but if not give them a week or so. I said that I needed to make sure because I have cancer and am very sick and I couldn't leave once there it would hurt me so very badly to travel in a car. And explained on that I.had to sleep in a hospital bed and have medical equipment. I would have a lot of traffic because of all the care givers and meds delivered and. Hospice I only have a few months or so left on this crazy earth and really wanted to be some place nice. I am a guest here, the studio I am in is so nice and very clean and peaceful. People are friendly and.the people that work here are so nice and very helpful. I mean its just a good place to be. I have been a guest here for a few months now and love it, the staff and managment are great. I moved
to the 1 bed room as promised and its great, Honestly i couldnt ask for more, i am very happy.

Giving one star is nice do not go there the front desk will ignore your call if you call maintenance they don’t come out they give misinformation all the time the staff is rude I could go on and on but ima just start another review so the can get the ratings it deserves

I’ve never actually stayed here yet, I’m waiting for the two bedrooms but most of the staff is really nice. I looked at one of the rooms and it’s really nice.

We put deposit down to rent a room _ before two weeks ago _ they were in process of building this place _ they never called back or anything

I've stayed at Siegel Select in Albuquerque so I'm familiar with the Siegel company. I took a tour last week and I'm so excited to move in. The rooms are so much bigger with brand new furniture and appliances. They even have a pool! I'd recommend the Siegel Select properties to anyone looking for flexible payment options with no lease.

Super clean, friendly staff, and up to date. They have a pool! Still remodeling, but it is clean and modern. Did I mention they have a pool!?
