I've had bugs in apartment since I moved in, I know someone has bees in their apartment as well, even after many deep treatments they are still there. People zip through parking lots almost hitting people. The water is hard so if don't use toliet for more than 3 days you have a permanent brown ring in bowl of toilet. The office staff doesn't communicate with residents. When you put a work order in, In order to know it's been done you have to go through portal. When you call or email you don't hear from anyone.

I've lived here for almost a year already so I figured it's time to make a review. The apartment units themselves are subpar, black appliances & old musty wooden cabinets & drawers.for the price you're paying you'd think you'd have more modern fixes. For the first half of our lease, we had awesome experiences with management & maintenence, Jaime (not sure if he works here anymore) was attentive & nice. Over time, management stopped answering phones & responding to emails. Recently there have been car break ins too, and management doesn't tell us anything. There's wasp nests everywhere, the gate at the front doesn't work.the only good thing going for it is the price for the units, that's the only reason to re-sign. You get what you pay for I guess.

Im giving two stars cause i do like the apartments but i called to book a tour and was told to leave a message to get a call back so we went in to tour and the lady let us know since its just her she cant tour. Which I understand its not great to leave nobody up there but as a leasing agent myself I work 9-6 every single week day so i rely on the weekend times to tour. We tour when there is only one of us. I asked if they only had one on sundays too and she said yes. So basically its a no go for me cause i cant move somewhere without touring and im not requesting off work to go tour when they are open on the weekends. Disappointed as there arent a ton of non-student options as is.

Super sweet staff they are always making sure everything is clean and maintained!
