Most incompetent group of management I’ve ever seen. Unit has flooded and ruined my furniture multiple times. Maintenance doesn’t know how to screw in a light bulb due to lack of any training yet claim they will fix all these issues. Ur car will get towed simply because the complex feels like it. Management will complain and charge you an extremely overpriced amount on any slight cosmetic issue noticed in ur unit yet have no interest in fixing any of their cause problems. Overall avoid this place at all cost unless unbelievably desperate. And even then would be better off living in a car. Worst apartment in the area by far

ROACHES NO HOT WATER CARS ARE ALWAYS GETTING TOWED THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN LIVE DEFINITELY GETTING ALL TS TOGETHER SO I CAN SUE THEM WOULD RECOMMENDED LIVING A BOX BEFORE THIS PLACE PRETTY SURE THEY WORK WITH THE TOW COMPANY

If I could give this place -0 stars I would I absolutely hate it here and it’s some many issues with this property I don’t know where to start! It’s infested with roaches the toilet leaks! The plumbing is horrible I flushed the toilet in my upstairs bathroom only for it to leak sewage downstairs into the living room! Maintenance is a joke they just lie and say they are going to do XYZ AND NEVER DO! It’s water coming up out of the floors and the circuit breaker poo off after only 5 mins of it working! If you do not have to stay here DONT I HIGH DO NO RECOMMEND!

The manager, Rhonda, and the staff here at Sierra Hermosa are very kind and caring people. They do there best to make sure that the apartments and us, the tenants, are taken care of as repairs and such are needed.

Out of the three years I've been here I've never had a problem the apartment's are very nice and spacious and whatever goes wrong maintenance will fix it the same day or the next I do know the previous owners ran it down very bad but the new owners are on top of everything I love it here

Went without a/c until some weeks back. Supposed to had put in a new a/c unit. Notified them 4-5 days ago that it’s pouring water into hallway. 2 towels soaked on the floor and have a tall trash can that fills with water in 1 day. Was told they were in the way to fix last Friday. It’s 9pm Monday now. Have had 3 ceiling water leaks. Previous apartment in same complex flooded days after they were informed of the leak. Their solution? Here’s a dolly you can move into this other apartment. I could write a book regarding everything gone wrong here. They just don’t care. I wouldn’t waste your time here. Can’t wait till end of July when our lease is up. Tired of the run around, lies, unprofessional management and falling apart buildings. Run as fast as you can from this place! Not fit for animals to live in. Roach infested and heard a rat in our vents a few nights ago.

If I could of gave 0 stars I would, quite possible the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Major roach problem throughout my time there and started seeing rats my last year there. There is rats all in the walls and vents, they are always cutting off the water like every other day and they take forever to fix things. Not enough light in the parking lot and parking and towing is horrible. I would stay very far away from this place

These apartments are no good, the maintenance does not do anything, the people in the office u can't ever reach them. My daughter moved here less than a month still & there are several leaks & nothing's been done, there are bugs & roaches & still nothing, three sinks have no cold water they are both hot, they let her move in with her baby he's 3 yrs old, they want they're rent but do nothing.

Literal slum lords. The office managers don't care about the property or you and it shows. A quarter of the units should be condemned because they are in such disrepair they should be considered uninhabitable. Stay away for the love of all that is holy, they will take your money and laugh at you for living in their cess created by an uncaring attitude.

To believe these used to be off base military housings, they should be ashamed of themselves!

THEY WILL TOW YOU OUT OF VISITORS PARKING. They don’t care about residents at all. They put me out the office because I inquired about the legitimacy of towing residents.

Pushed moved in date twice just to move into a place that has jad problems since i moved in its quiet and lots of children but uts so nice worth the money the water is always being turned off for 8hrs a day like what type of mess is that for all that is saying its a good place lied

Nice quiet place, other than I had some plumbing issue and reached out to maintenance and it was fixed right away.
