We just moved into Sierra Ranch at the beginning of January. Some of these reviews are just sour people who probably didn’t get their way on something. There are SOME apartments with bugs, and ours was one of them, but with pest control & just keeping your space clean & clutter free, you won’t have a problem! We went from seeing several everyday to seeing maybe one or two every other week. I am very happy here & most of the residents are super nice! Office staff is friendly but very professional. And maintenance is quick to the work orders done and done right! I would definitely recommend that if you’re looking for a new place to call home, give Sierra Ranch a try! Thank you Sierra Ranch for being home for me & my little family!

By far the worst, deplorable, unprofessional and unsafe apartment I've ever been to and I didn't even live there, my husband's brother did and his experience there was a living nightmare.
The property manger, Jordan is one of the many reasons why I'm giving it a 1 star amongst the countless other inhospitable issues this apartment complex has. Read the reviews people, everything everybody's saying is very much accurate. It does have bugs, the maintenance does not do a thing there and most of all, the property manager Jordan just makes the experience there 10x worst. My brother was in the hospital with an almost FATAL ILLNESS and Jordan could not have cared less. She still proceeded with trying to evict him knowing his situation. I literally had to contact the overall management of the property about my brother in law's situation, where I assume they reprimanded her about, and she then goes on to blatantly lie and tell my brother in law when he started to make a recovery that me and my husband were pretending to be him. So unprofessional, unethical and just outright unexpectable behavior, especially from someone who is a manager of a property.
Please do better, for any future residents or anybody thinking about leasing here do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, unless you want bugs, constant maintenance issues, mold, crime- including the occasional gunshots and even SOMEONE REVEALING THEMSELVES IN THE PARK AREA, please look elsewhere.
And p.s. Be aware that they are constantly changing their name and under new management.

Jordan, Bella, Josue and Richard and all those that represent Sierra Ranch, are always professional, considerate and always understanding. The have become my family, like it or not. I have been living here at least 7 years and have no plans of going anywhere any time soon. They see me and treat me as a person and always are considerate of life circumstances because, life happens. Since Josue joined the team, I know it has been years now, there is nothing that is delayed in mainetnance requests. Immediate response and long-term fixes. Things happen, parts wear out, after years of use and the entire staff is responsive to my every need and request. My rent has remained affordable even in today's economy. The location is great in the Medical Center area. We are surrounded by a great variety of shopping and eating businesses. This was the right choice all those years ago and still is today. Sierra Ranch is my HOME.

Bugs Bugs bugs! The video posted on TikTok is exactly from this apartment Sierra ranch on 8916 DataPoint drive. I’m posting another video here. I got multiple videos. I had been asking them to do something about the bugs but they couldn’t control it. I finally moved out. They kept my whole deposit ($550) and charged me extra $85 too. I moved out and they kept my $635 as a cleaning charge. Forget about your deposit once you move in to this leasing. Some employees in the leasing office are super rude. Almost every second week you will see hot water shuts off. My waste disposal machine stop working and they just took it and never brought it back. They gave it a direct connection and said it’s discontinued. The mail box was broken for 2 years and now they fixed it. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Moved in on 10/1/23 and so far my experience has been good. The office staff is friendly and punctual. I applied and was approved in 3 days, moved in 2 days later!

The office staff is nice and the location is close to EVERYTHING you will ever need!

I do have a couple of complaints:

• My apartment wasn’t cleaned properly from the prior tenant. I was going to clean anyway but I didn’t expect the fridge and stove to be dirty like it was. Also, the person who painted left paint splatter so I bought a scraper and cleaned it myself.

• Trash litters the ground from the lazy tenants who don’t take it to the dumpster.

• Men in the parking lot all times of the day. I definitely feel safe but it’s different from what I am used to. Although people from multiple races live here the majority of the complex is Middle Eastern and there are cultural differences. Again, I feel safe and all of them have been friendly!

• Almost daily emails about the water being shut off in different buildings. I swear its about 3 emails a week! Happy they keep us informed but its a lot!

The rent is cheap, location is awesome, staff is friendly, and my apartment is huge. I am definitely happy with my decision to move here.

I have been living here for a year now and the truth is I am super satisfied with the treatment of the staff and the general conditions of the apartment, mainly for living together as a family.
All the merits to the Worker Thaimi from the office who has always helped me with any question or situation that has arisen. Although in the same way all the workers are very attentive.
Super recommended to live here, I am very happy

Bella was of great help! She has awesome customer service skills and really made my clients feel happy to apply! She was courteous and made touring fun for the client.
