I cannot say enough GREAT things about my experience with Sign City Webster! I hosted a bridal shower and needed several signs. My biggest project was a surprise I wanted for the bride - a painting that I had an artist hand draw and convert into a digital file. I needed this painting printed out onto a very large canvas (8' x 7') without any seams to cover a chalkboard at the venue. Other large sign companies I called could not create the look without seams and in the way I wanted. The graphic artist Josie at Sign City figured out every detail and said she could make it happen for me. I am very particular & very detailed, and Josie easily translated all of my ideas into reality! She figured out how to hang it by installing grommets and precise measurements. All of the signage perfectly fit the feel of the shower beautifully! The large canvas did not make it onto the truck in time for delivery before the shower. Sign City took care of it! Josie herself drove across Houston to the production plant and delivered it to me in plenty of time. I have never written a review online before, but I highly recommend this sign company for any idea that you might have! They listen to you and have the immense artistic talent combined with the engineering expertise & specific equipment to create anything you can imagine for your events or business. The owner of this business was also kind and helpful. ALL of the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and informative throughout the process. Call them! You will appreciate their professional service and love your final product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I opened a new office on Tiki Island and needed various types & sizes of signs: from a large sign overlooking I-45 to smaller door signs. Mary at Sign City was very helpful assisting me from start to finish; she showed me numerous samples for my approval, set up the signage installation and once the job was completed she followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was 100% satisfied and will recommend Sign City to others.

Called and asked for a quote a was treated like they could care less, and then when we they did make an appointment the "Tech" missed it, and rescheduled and then showed up when i wasn't there. I got the quote to fix my sign which had dual charges on it for the work they already did, and when I sent two emails to ask for an explanation they both went unanswered. Plenty of other sign companies that would like to have my $ for my building sign, banners, vehicle wraps, and more!

Excellent service! Quick and efficient! Beju was a joy to work with and was able to email me quotes, how the sign would look and even had the sign installed so quickly that I was pleasantly surprised! They sent me photos of the signs once they installed it! THANK YOU! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great customer service, the quality is impeccable when it comes to the vinyl! Super easy to work with, applying and removing when using as a stencil. They listen to my needs, price is best around not to mention much better quality and super duper fast! Thank you Josie for always helping me pull together my projects!

What an absolute joke of a company. STAY AWAY! I hired Sign City to replace lights in my sign and was charged half the money upfront after they provided a written quote. Nearly two weeks later I called them to find out what the status was and I was informed by the receptionist that they weren't going to do the job? She had no reason and I have not received a refund of the deposit paid in good faith? TOTAL SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!

They did great work on a sign that we needed for event, did it quickly and at a cost efficient rate! When we first picked up the sign it started to bend When we let hem know this they made us another one! Excellent customer service ask for Nancy

The sign is still doing fine since 2017. So here goes the 5 stars.
