17I paid a deposit and waited almost three months for a unit to be ready and every time there was always something causing me not to move in. The unit is never ready and they kept changing my unit because they couldn't finish one. I canceled my application and currently homeless. Worse experience in my 36 years of living. SMH.
I like it over here but the maintenance Department needs work they take a long time to come fix things!

I've been a "tenant" since June 30th and still have not moved in to my apartment, that said "available now" when a applied on their website. The first couple of weeks when I called it was "I have to wait for management to check the apartment. " Then come to find out the apartment was never being worked on. Then for the past 2 Fridays I was told I would be able to move in and when the day comes, the apartment is not ready. They take your money for deposit and then you're approved so you can't get it back. I don't have money to just be giving away. They are about to have my children and I homeless at this point.
I have a hard time walking to the front, because I use a cane, it seems like it is far but it is not.
I applied for these apartments in early May 2023, i was approved pending my job verification. Once job was verified in beginning of June i was told i was waiting on the last touches on my apartment. Here it is July 7th and i still have no move in date.every time i call its always “management have not gotten back with me” or “they are still working on your apartment, if anything comes available we can move you to that one“. I’ve called as inquiring applicants and was told they have apartments available to move into right away so im questioning why haven’t i gotten one of those apartments thats ready to move into even on line they say they have availability so what am i still waiting!? And im not able to cancel because i will lose my $300 and i dont have money to just throw away. Otherwise i would have been found somewhere else for me and my 1year old to live.
I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever! My husband and I applied here in the beginning of May but was denied because we didn’t have Texas income. They told us we would receive a letter stating the reason why we were denied and our $300 deposit within 30 days! It’s been over 30 days and no letter or deposit! Every time I call or email them, they never reply back. You’re better off looking somewhere else.
They really behaved super racist, the people who attended me here were very disrespectful and they made me go for two days in a row and the second they told me that they had not scheduled me, even so I had all the paperwork and money as they requested, and they treated me very badly, I don't know if because I'm Hispanic, but I don't recommend that you move here, I'm very upset, I think they should have better staff, since we all deserve good service, especially if you're paying for it.
I'm super excited about my upcoming journey moving into my new place will give me a fresh wonderful start. I would like to take the time out for Aireion of course for being so patient with me and my son of the day coming in and completeing with my application. At that time i was having trouble and couldn't really focus but she made sure that the application was completed correctly. She is a wonderful blessing and a real sweetheart. She's going the extra mile to get me and family in our new apartment in a manorly time. Very professional too I may asd thanks for all your help me and my family Greatly appreciate you dearly. The office staff was very friendly Mrs. Aireion was very patient and helpful with helping me fill out the paperwork that need to be fill out for the application. Over all I had a very good experience.
Was interested in renting but no feedback guess they don’t need tenants at this time would be nice to have someone reach back
Spoke with Kiera this morning at the leasing office. I am looking to move from out of state in May/June. She was very helpful and gave me some much needed information. She definitely made it easy.
We called the 24 hr maintenance number and nobody even answers. Our bedroom is flooding and the kitchen.
I love staying here the community appears to be a safe environment; however I'm having problems with getting my dishwasher fix. Since September 13th 2022 move in date the maintenance have been trying to fixed it and it still not draining all the water. I'm continuing to have roaches and bad oder due to the water in my dishwasher.
Well every sent my daughter and myself move in here we being enjoying but we has being runing in too a lots of problem trying too pay our rent
and request a maintenance service it just want do.
I was going to wait to post my review but I have been trying to apply to these apartments for a week and a half. I had spoke with Aerion on the phone, she emailed a list of documents. I came in after the weekend to apply. She was off. The other leasing agent acted like she couldn't help me.she wouldn't give a tour because I had not made an appointment, she said if you want to apply I guess we can get you started and told me to sit down.she then sat at her desk for 30 minutes without speaking to me.so I left because it's a paper application and they are specific in the documents you need, she never checked mine or asked to see anything. I came back the next day, and I was told I need my tax return for proof of income, which I did not have on me. I came back for the 3rd time. When I first sat down she asked if I had my SSN for my newborn, I had someone bringing it to me, She did not look at any other documents.just said she can't start my application without it. It arrives.then she tells me she cannot do income verification, but the day prior she can said she would.so then she goes to lunch.at this point I've been sitting for close to 2 hours.long story short, she copped an attitude because I was upset. I'm sitting there wasting my day.because after 2 hours she then tells me I don't have the right document for one of my kids.my question is why did you not look at ALL the documents when I sat down to tell me XYZ was incorrect.why do it after I've been there 2.5 hours? From start to finish I felt unwelcome.no smiles.no sincerity.now after all of this, they say there is a"discrepancy" with my tax return and I cannot apply. I give up.never been somewhere that made it this difficult to apply.good luck with the rude office ladies.
I've called twice and no answer, I'm here now to inquire about the property and the office is supposed to be open but the door is locked. The heavy lady with the twisted wig has come to the door 4 times and walked away each time without acknowledging us. This is already starting off as an unpleasant experience, not sure trying to rent here would be a great idea.
