Best eye doctor I have been to ever! The staff and doctors are very friendly. I came in as a new patient and everything down To paperwork was seamless. The doctor I saw was very personable and ensured I was comfortable and got everything I needed. Oh and before I forget they take walkins!

The customer service at Signature Eye Care is EXCELLENT! I recently visited with my son to get new frames, and Maria was exceptionally helpful and kind. I rarely write reviews, but Maria went out of her way to help us through a stressful situation and deserves a 5 star review. I’m thrilled at the level of service we were provided.

I was a bit nervous to see Dr. Chu instead of Dr. Lou, but there was no need for it. Dr. Chu was friendly & informative, and took the time to answer any questions. And also took the time to explain my vision & the change in it, which was very minor, and expected with my age. I drove from Kyle up to Cedar Park to go to Signature Eye Care and, to me, that says a lot that I would drive that far. So all that to say, I highly recommend Dr. Chu also.

I am a deep myopia patient. Since moving to Austin, I have gone through four different ophthalmologists until I found Dr. Chu. Dr. Chu was patient, kind, nice and most importantly, professional, he even told me some information on how to make better use of insurance that I had never heard from other doctors. The staff at the clinic are also very nice, my son loves the arcade game consoles in the waiting room (yes they have one!), Dr Chu is now my whole family's ophthalmologist.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Lou and the Signature Eye Care team for over 15 years. The staff is always helpful and smiling, the facilities are always clean and the equipment is top notch. Dr Lou is the best eye doctor in the city. We won’t go anywhere else.

From the moment I entered the door, I received personal, warm, and professional attention. This type of service seems to have disappeared in recent years. Thank you, Signature for restoring my hope in this very important and appreciated experience.

My recent visit was with Dr. Allen and he was very professional. He explained everything in detail and answer all of my questions.

I would never go to another provider. I was visiting another major provider in Round Rock for 4 years. But I felt the focus was on $$ and lacked customer care. The doctor got frustrated and shouted at me when I cannot decide between two lens options during an eye exam. So I looked around and found Dr. Bolen and signature eye care. The doctor identified an aberration on my eye which causes glare resulting in me unable to differentiate lenses. Doctor was patient and identified root cause without getting frustrated. The thing they mention about best customer service is true. My experience was awesome and now signature eye care is our family provider.
