Signature Nail, New Braunfels TX

I've been going to Signature Nails for six months for a pedicure. They have always done a fabulous pedicure. My wife, daughter and grandson have gone with me and have also had great Pedicure and manicure.
The pedicure makes my feet feel wonderful! They are always gentle and respectful. I have psoriatic arthritis so my nails and finger and toe joints are always in rough shape but Tracy does a great job.
I try to schedule with Tracy and I get the Lavender Treatment. Tracy trims the nails, exfoliates the dead skin on my heals and other calluses. Then she does a lavender scrub on my feet and calves, followed by a hot paraffin treatment. The hot paraffin feels so good!
I've always had a problem with ingrown toenails but Tracy trims the nail perfectly and I don't have to worry about going to the podiatrist to get it taken care of!
I recommend Signature Nail Salon. They have always done a wonderful job on my feet and my family's hands and feet!

The lady that answered the phone hung up on me for no reason. I just wanted information about pedicures and she was rude. I was so thrown off by her attitude, she didn’t even answer my question.

Usually my nails come out REALLY good but my last visit was not the best. For 105 dollars my nails should not be like this after 3 days. I take care of my nails and maybe my lady was rushing but my nails are not worth 105 dollars. The glitter french tip looks ridiculous, it isn’t at all even and i’ve done the same exact style before so I do not know why they came out like this.

I drive in from the next town over, I have not had a nail tech that I didn't like. They are quick and efficient and always do a great job.

Extremely disappointed went in on Saturday to only have our nails chip off by Sunday, we will not be going back after this experience.

Ms. NA WAS WONDERFUL TO MOM. We loved her. She was professional. I usually get my nails with Tracy and she is an excellent hand nails pro. Lila does excellent pedicures. But today Boss gave me Yvonne. Dip nails and pedicure with shellac service was horrible. Yvonne soaked my fingers in extreme hot acetone!

Quick and friendly service. I had Abby and she was Amazing! She talked me out of my comfort zone and got me to try something new with my nails and I'm so glad she did. She did not disappoint! I'm definitely making her my go to nail lady

Rose at Signature nails was amazing. Made the time pass fast and she did exactly what I asked from her. I highly recommend.

It was actually super nice for my first time. I definitely recommend it and he did it exactly how I wanted!

Love the owners and their sweet family. They do a great job and listen to your wants if there's things you do and don't like. They make sure you are satisfied!

I usually never leave reviews but my experience at signature was so welcoming and I just loved it, it honestly made my day. I called into my regular nail salon (Omni nail bar) to see if they can work with my sister in law she has a disability called MS and shakes uncontrollably but has been wanting to get her nails done bc it’s been years since she’s been pampered. I spoke with the manager ant OMNI NAIL BAR and he told me no bc it would be frustrating for the nails tech I was so frustrated/sad bc I thought for sure they would work with her. I called signature nails and with no hesitation they said yes bring her in & it was so welcoming the nail tech that worked with her even held my sister in laws water bottle to her mouth for her it was so heart warming. I will forever recommend signature nails. They’re so non judgmental and just over all has good customer service.

My nails were first cut like a box and did not follow the natural curve or the toe nail. After I said something attempted to fix it but had already cut so short that it was painful. I would not trust this place. Go anywhere else. Her name is Jen she is an older woman who speaks no English.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Hilariously bad. My friend and I went there to get her wedding nails done and they cut her cuticles multiple times, and didnt even do the french tips she asked for. They were rude and completely unprofessional. I was gonna pay for the signature spa pedicure package, but I was was over it and didn't have her do the oil massage, mask, wax, or hot stones so I just paid for the expresso pedicure that cost less since she salt scrubbed my calf. This place is exactly the kind of place that made me stop going to nail salons. I paid $85 total for the worst pedi I've ever received in my life. I've been to quite a few different nail salons at this point and this is by far the worst I've ever gone to. Idk how they have 4 stars on Google.

Did a fantastic job! Kathy was the best and her nail art was impressive. Wish I could have left her a bigger tip.

I really wish i could give a 0 rating because this was the WORST nail shop i have ever in my life visited.
They hardly greeted me when I arrived, sat me to the side and had me wait 0ver 40 min. Someone came over and just starting on my hands (didn't even speak to me the entire time) however when others came in she looked up and greeted them by there names. She applied my first coat and then all of a sudden got rushed over to do someone's pedicure mid service, leaving me there without a word. A random lady who was working the front desk came and told me she'd be finishing the rest. At this point i was so over it and regretting ever coming here. My nails came out UGLY.
The place is nasty and unsanitary as well. I will be contacting State to have them go check for licensing info on each "tech" in that place cause there is no way.

I've been here several times and always had a good experience plus my dip nails lasted almost a month. The nail tech i had today was the rudest person I've ever encountered provinding nail service. I felt like my fingers were relaxed but she kept stopping, rolling her eyes, and exhaling loudly! I wish i had just told her to stop. Once she started complaining and grabbing my wrist to reposition and tapping my fingers out of frustration, i was getting so upset that i really couldn't get my fingers to relax! I told her hopefully her day would get better and she said "well i hope you. "stopped and said nevermind. I told her how often i get my nails done and that I've never had anyone get so upset with me. She told me "I really doubt that". At the end she put some oil on my nails stood up and walked off. She didn't say anything. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. I read through some of the other reviews and i guess this place has really gone down hill. She didn't seem young to me but possibly she was pretty new and inexperienced!
