My experiences at this establishment have been terrible.

I came there originally due to pain in my molar and I was overdue for a cleaning. In my initial visit they realized I was going to need a deep cleaning, refills on some fillings and they recommended me to get a scan for a night guard.the conclusion from my exam was that I might just be grinding my teeth at night and they looked no further. We scheduled my filling and my deep cleaning to all be done in one appointment the following week so I would only have to have anesthesia done once.

They gave me a quote on the total for the services to be $711 AFTER "checking what my insurance covered" and they tried to get to pay in advance before getting the pre approval with my insurance and that they would just refund me after which I refused to pay until I checked with my insurance because it did not sound right to me but I did pay a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. I called my insurance and they told me they absolutely covered 80% of all of those treatments and id actually only pay around $200. I checked back in with them saying they had requested the preapproval and all would be set when I came in.

I come in today and they told me my total for the day was $254 (not including the $50 deposit I had paid) which still sounded high but I paid it and come to find out they had only scheduled me for the filling and not the cleaning and the scan. After speaking with them in detail it turns out they never even charted my cleaning which was the main thing I needed to fix my gum which mind you turned out was infected and the dentist and dental assistants some how missed that in my initial examination. The lady proceeded to tell me she hoped I would bring in my pre approval which I have never had to do because then why did you bother requesting it from my insurance if you do not have it yourself. So what my insurance told me is I would not pay more that $200 for both the night guard AND the fillings and these people just over charged me for only the fillings, never even gave me estimates for the cleaning and were now telling me I would have to pay an additional $300 for a deep cleaning and $100 for the retainer after I brought in the preapproval so they could collect on the rest.

On top of the dentist ignoring me after I informed him that I had an infection in my gums that I had to take antibiotics and pain killers for. These people have no idea what your insurance covers and will try to over charge you ahead of time on the promise they'll return whatever they over charged. They give you inaccurate information do not do their due diligence and now I am having to deal with my insurance to get reimbursed what I was over charged for today and did not even have my main issue addressed. Some of the staff at the front do not wear masks nor do they enforce it in their lobby. I felt not only unsafe and disregarded but that they only cared to try and get as much money from me as possible without even bothering to find out what my insurance actually covered. My dentist was Dr. Brian Stanworth and I will be reporting to my insurance that has him under their coverage how business is apparently conducted at this practice.

Dental hygienist (Christina) is incredible; Dr. Standworth is a very skilled dentist who did an incredible job on some more complicated necessary dental work. I cannot recommend the quality of his work highly enough.

I would recommend calling the insurance and verifying all quotes prior to any services rendered as they have not always been accurate, which can be expensive. When questioned, the response was fairly defensive and attempted to deflect blame, which I found very unprofessional. Honesty is all I ask.

Though I appreciated their friendliness-I was disappointed with the non-mask etiquette of the office staff. I understand not enforcing customer to wear masks if that is their business practice for their clients, but for employees, wearing a mask during a pandemic in a healthcare office is a common courtesy.

I have had multiple problems with this Dentist office! The first time I went in they didn’t want to make me a Saturday appointment because my kids was on Medicaid! Then we saw the dentist who was smug and stuck up! He didn’t take time to speak to me and when he did his bed side manner was not good! I came a third time and he said my 10year was teething and did nothing but I trusted him. We came back three weeks later and my son was in terrible pain! The dentist now see’s a tooth abnormality and referred us out! Why? He is a dentist who can not do dentist work apparently! He gave us a antibiotic and Tylenol three prescription. Then when the pharmacy called to verify he canceled the prescription and my son was left in pain for the remainder of the weekend! I am not happy and will be looking for a much better dentist!

Always a pleasant experience when coming here. Everybody is always nice. Today Steffany and Brandi the two ladies that helped me today were wonderful.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m super skiddish about dental work and always have such high anxiety any time I have to get work done but I have never felt as comfortable in a dental office in my life. The staff was of the highest quality and I was very impressed with my heigenist Laura. There wasn’t a single part of the process that I felt out of the loop on. Five stars all the way.

I highly recommend this dentist office, especially for parents with children. My kids didn't want to leave. They have a video game waiting area, plus they don't push little ones out of their comfort zone. They did a great job on caring for my kids teeth as well.

Always love taking my kids there with super sweet staff and the child friendly environment is awesome. Convenient because its nearby. Doctor is super friendly & takes care of all the details

I love love this place. My whole family uses them. From the time I call the office to checking out at the front desk I always feel like they make it so personal like we are family. They always make sure they fit us in. They try and get everything done the same day to keep the kids from missing school and me work. I couldn't have picked a better dentist honestly. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are the best.

Tammy, the manager, was very helpful in taking care of my daughter even after there was complications with her retainer. This company is determined to serve their customers well.

I love this place, everything is new and clean! The staff is amazing and so friendly! Tammy, Brittany, and Dr. Banani were so helpful and informative! I tried another dentist office and ended up coming back here because they did not compare to Signature Smiles!:)

My daughter has always been afraid of the dentist but when we visited Signature Smiles the dental assitant Ester and Dr. Banani they comforted her to the fullest! While talking over the financials Tammy was the utmost help! She even helped me get Care Credit so I didnt have to fill the impact right away! Thank you Signature Smiles, Tammy, Ester and Dr. Banani!

Tammy is absolutely amazing. She went the extra mile and explained, researched and got me approved for care credit so I can finally have the smile I have been longing for. Dr Banani you are amazing! Highly reccomend this office!

Signature Smiles has really helped me feel better about the dentist. My teeth need so much work but the staff has made me feel so comfortable through each step of working towards a healthy smile. Tammy the manager made sure my visit was affordable and worked with me so that I was able to get what I needed done. I cant say enough how kind everyone has been to me here. 10000% reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place that makes sure your visit is not just affordable but comfortable.

Great place for my 5 year old. Dr. Stansworth was amazing with my son. Had a great bedside manner and made us very comfortable. Ruby, the dental assistant was a sweetheart and so good with Brody. We will be back for a few fillings and know he will be in great hands. Very pleased!

Very first time coming here we were greeted with friendly faces. Mrs. Tammy was the BEST, very helpful! Dr. Stanworth & the entire staff was truly amazing! I give it 5 stars

Hygienist Christina Schroeder is AMAZING! So nice, patient and personable. She answered all my questions in detail and explained everything thoroughly.

The office manager was also very nice, helpful and accommodating to our busy schedule. We had one concern with our service which she addressed.

Beautiful facility! Dr Banani was very professional. Happy we found them.

Highly recommend choosing Signature Smiles as your dentist. Everyone is so professional. Thank you guys for taking care of me while I got ALL 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted.

I am NOT a fan of dentist. I had horrible experiences in the past and I just didn't want to go through the pain. I now have a 4 year old son and he had his first dentist appointment with Signature Smiles, he did very well for the most part. The staff are amazing. I also made a appointment with my son. And watching my son watching me getting my teeth x-ray was pretty amazing. The atmosphere is perfect for both parents and kids. My son loved the game room. We will be going back for sure.

Amazing! I've already recommended them to a friend. They were very patient with my 5 year old who was terrified at first. She was able to get her cleaning and fillings done because they were so patient with her. The office staff was super helpful in explaining insurance questions and went above and beyond to help.

I was nervous bringing my kids to the dentist they're both high functioning autistic and this was the first time for both of them. Signature Smiles was amazing! They have a kid tailored play area and restroom the X-ray process was quick and painless and my girls really enjoyed the staff and watching movies while their teeth were cleaned. 10 out of 10 I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.
