The whole staff is very helpful and kind. David was very nice and answered all my questions! 10/10 experience

Got me in and tested for what I needed in a Timely manner. Even double tested to make sure my results were correct.

Everyone is very nice and it was definitely faster than a regular ER. Leigh always made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout my visit as well

Service was efficient and healthcare workers were respectful and knowledgeable. I was treated at the visit for my diagnosis so I can return to work sooner.

I came in for my baby and was seen within 30 minutes. Plus they accept Tricare which is a plus.

Nurse Colby and doctor Harding were great and made me feel comfortable and was able to fix the problem immediately. Staff was nice and was seen pretty fast.

BEST ER we’ve been to. They go above and beyond for us always. Colby Jack and David were the highlight of our visit!

Came in for a minor issue causing lots of pain & was taken care of incredibly fast by super sweet staff! Thank you Nurse Colby, Dr Harding, and Kayla for giving me such a pleasant experience during an inconvenient time!

I am very alert when it comes to the quality and delivery of care that me and my family receive. I absolutely appreciate this facility for always providing the greatest levels in both areas! This is the spot I first think of for any emergency that me and my kids encounter. Seriously! You will not be disappointed NOR spend excessive amounts of time waiting to receive care. I love me some Darnall - through and through, however, this IS my go to place for expert emergency care. Think about making it yours!

My son was seen quickly and Bri and Robert were both very sweet and kind. They both did their best to put him at ease and make him as comfortable as possible. This was our second visit here and both times we’ve had very good experiences.

Our family prefers to come here rather than wait 3+ hours at the ER on Fort Cavazos. The service is quick and Leigh does an awesome job putting the customer service and hospitality aspect back into medical care. We’ve had her as a nurse three different times now and her service has never wavered.

Signature care emergency center has always been my go to when it comes to my health for me and my family. They have always treated me with the kindness of Care and always gave me an ideal of comfort so I can continue my journey of life. Nurse Diana has always been my favorite nurse to be treated by because she was the first Nurse to convince me this is the place to go when in need of healthcare. Yet today she has went far n beyond to provide me with the best care I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. Thank you for your kindness and please never let anyone take that away from you.
