We partnered with Signs Manufacturing to produce an outdoor ground sign. They produced an excellent sign in the desired timeline, and for a fair price. The original install omitted a portion of our sign, so I had to follow-up with my sales rep to get the crew back out to finish the job, which they did, promptly. My sales representative was very knowledgeable about signage products, but he was very difficult to work with. He only communicated via phone (emails went unanswered) and almost never called me back. Whenever I called, I just had to hope he'd answer. I was also disappointed that, after voicing my dissatisfaction about my rep to customer service, I was not assigned a new one. All that said, I would recommend working with SM, but I'd suggest requesting one of the reps mentioned in positive reviews.

Tim Durkin and the Signs Manufacturing Team did a great job developing our random ideas into great signs for our AMC Lobby and Conference Room.

I would not recommend this company to any small or large business.the reason would be that, i have called two different times and talked to two different people giving all my information like they asked, and both times we have been stood up. This Company obviously has more work than they can handle, or just can pick and choose what they want to do, in my opinion this is a very unprofessional place to deal with. I have had to reschedule two different days to deal with them. I would not give them your time of day! And the only reason they got a star from me is so it would post.

From sales to design to the install these guys are very professional.
I will be using them for all my signage.

I did not even want to give them one star but I had to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE TO YOU! THEY GO OUT TO SERVICE THE SIGN, THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX YOUR SIGN, AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU OVER $600 FOR A SERVICE CALL. What a racket!

I contacted this company to come out and fix a business electronic sign. Before they came out they asked me to send them all the info I had on the sign along with pictures. I emailed them everything. They were suppose to call me before coming out. They did not. 3 weeks later I call and "Tim" tells me they went out and there was nothing they could do because the sign company went out of business, that there is no longer any tech support, and you cannot get the parts.

I found that strange so I found someone else to go (the man that had installed the sign) out who verified that everything "Tim" had said was untrue.

Then "Tim" charges our credit card for $621.36 saying that is a service charge. I contacted Tim and confronted him about the lies and the charge. I told him I did not mind paying something for the call but not $621 dollars. He said I would have to talk to the President.

The President called me and told me a completely different story than Tim had told me. I tried to explain to the President that Tim was lying to one of us but he would not listen. I asked the President and Tim why they did not research before they went out to make sure they could get the parts.

I found this company when I was searching for someone that could repair my sign. I called and had the privilege and opportunity to work wit Nancy. She was very thorough, patient and professional. Nancy was easy to contact and provided quick updates when requested. They are a busy company and I can see why. I will be using this company in the future and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to work with.

Sign manufacturing installed our sign at The Hamptons event venue in Red oak Tx.over three years ago, and we still don't have our sign working correctly. They used LED lights and remotes from China, which will not program properly.

Signa Manufacturing helped us fabricate signs for our neighborhood. They were very professional about the entire process. We couldn't be happier about the results.

These guys did a fantastic job for us. The big sign on the front of our new church building looks fabulous! Juan Carlos Martin was constantly in contact with me to make sure I knew what was up at each step of the project. I wouldn't hesitate using them again for my next sign need. We are so thankful they were on the job for us!

Our 6 figure sign project has been nothing more than a complete shady headache to say the least. Had them replace our existing 16ft X 10ft sigh, paint box. And also install a new 16 X 8 double sided LED. All installed weeks ago now, still have no way to program it. Messages appearing are not what we asked. Feb accounts for 65-70 of our yearly business. So begged and pleaded to finish install. Was completely ignored by Tim. Half of one side has some tech issue they told us when they installed. Which at the time said would be fixed the next day/ never happened. So one side you can’t even make out what it says. Cover gone on side of our box. Asked for a paint sample so painter we had hired could paint light poles to match. Never happened. That was weeks ago. And now painter says it will be 60 days before he can come back. Along the process MANY shady, purposely not mentioning VERY expensive details/ all I can say is be VERY careful when it comes to the numbers!
