It’s a shame when a spot has the products you want/need but the customer service is piss poor. I drove 45 mins based on the store hours posted publicly (says 7pm) to be told in the rudest tone ever, to look at the door where the hours are posted. I don’t live in the area and don’t have the luxury of being able to just drive by to see if the hours match what’s posted online. The owner could have easily said they apologized for the confusion and would update the hours on the public posts. It’s clear they didn’t need my money and that’s fine because I won’t be going back. Customer service goes a long way. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere and tell my peers to do the same.

One of the best embroidery shops in the area Motorcycle clubs Horse clubs Businesses logos whatever you would like they would stitch that embroidery and you will be amazed with the outcome I have been using them for years and have referred several people to their business 100% satisfied

The worst customer service. I ordered T shirts on the 24th of August, advised owner that order needed to be ready on the 30th. I arrived to the store around 130pm and to my dismay, my order was not ready. Apparently the they forgot, not one shirt had been done. I was then told to come back at 6pm and my order should be done. Owner was not really apologetic. Unfortunately since I was on a time crunch, I cancelled the order, still no real apology, but she did give me my refund. The children at my church will be disappointed but this was my first time coming to this business and was my last time as well. I was referred to this business by a friend of mine who works for Desoto ISD. So much for supporting this African American business, poor service and very unprofessional.

I drove a hour and 45 mins to get a shirt done I called before I came to make sure they could do it and they lady told me yes they could soon as I get there she tells me she couldn’t do it and could I come back tomorrow to pick it up on top of that she made a comment saying she hate when people come 30 mins before there closing saying she has stuff to do which Is very poor customer service I will never come here again for nothing!
