The customer service is awesome from a family owned business. The couple both go out of their way to assist you and ensure you get ther best of what you need. We bought very good fabric and reasonable cost. I definitely recommend this store for quality Indian fabric.

I was looking for affordable silk/chiffon fabric for a DIY kaftan project. Based on the ratings, my mom and I both visited the store, and right from the start the owners didn’t even acknowledge our presence. When I asked a question about the price per yard on a particular fabric, the woman replied back without any eye contact. We asked another question on a different material, and the demeanor/attitude was the same. I didn’t think too much of it until this Caucasian lady walked in.they stopped everything to help out and it was very interesting to watch the whole “show”. I did purchase 3 yards of a fabric that I was interested in, but I do not have any plans to go back to this store again.
A one star rating is very generous for the poor customer service I experienced, not to mention the discriminating, ignorant attitude they have shown to us, customers! Spending our money in their store.

If your black don’t go there cause both owners followed me around the store and stared but didn’t come up to talk. When other families came they continued to only follow me.

Good customer service experience, would give 5 star but they lied/deceived me about the fabric and that was unnecessary. Will go back bc so many beautiful oversized scarves to choose from.
