Still the best BBQ in town better than Bill Millers, excellent service and great food and don't forget your self serve free ice cream

First time visit.brisket/sausage plate with potato salad and beans was very tasty. Brisket was a bit dry, sides were plentiful.

Absolutely delicious. The ribs are to die for! The chicken was delicious too. Friends lived there brisket and pulled pork. Cafeteria style so just choose as you go. Yum! Oh, did I mention free ice?

Pork ribs outstanding, very accommodating employees. The ice cream machine is back. Many smiling faces.

Pretty good and not dry. They have a little condiment bar with pickles, peppers, onions, ect where you can serve yourself. Altogether a pleasant and cute country atmosphere.

Silverado smokehouse is amazing! The food is always fresh. My favorite is the smoked chicken, but everything is good. The BBQ sauce is delicious, but you don't even need it on the meats since they are bursting with flavor They have free soft serve ice cream.

There is plenty of parking. The staff is hit or miss with friendliness.

Great food couldn't decide what to get, but everything I did get tasted great! Can't wait to go back and try the rest. Portions were bigger and tasted better than anything you will find at those chain places. For me the best thing was the free ice cream! I wish more businesses gave back a little treat! Place was super clean, a bonus! Felt the staff could have offered some suggestions. I felt rushed trying to make up my mind.

Gold standard for excellent barbecue. Staff is accommodating and polite. Everything is delicious.

We showed up at 1: 00 pm, plenty of seats open and the place was clean. I got the 1/2 chicken with a side of pinto beans and potato salad and finished it off with a piece of pecan pie and some ice cream. The chicken was tender and delicious, and the sides are always good. There is also a condiment bar where you can serve yourself with, lemons, onions, jalapenos, pickles, and pico de gallo. Don't miss out on the complementary soft serve ice cream. This is one of our regular BBQ stops and has been for years. You just can't miss no matter what you get, beef ribs, pork ribs, brisquet, and when I'm really trying to watch my weight or just want a change their smoked turkey breast is always tender and delicious.

I got a Frito pie today, it was delicious. They use chopped beef, Fritos on the bottom, and cheddar cheese, and I get extra sauce. They also give you sour cream. I only ate half and took the rest home. I really loved it, and it was not too busy, which does not matter as it is a walk the line and pick your food.
