Simple Simon's Pizza, Onalaska TX

AMAZING pizza! Friendly Christian owners with a small yet cozy little pizzeria in Onalaska. We went for my mother's 60th birthday dinner and we had a large group. They were very accommodating and friendly. They had excellent customer service and amazing pizza. We got the Hawaiian and the apple cinnamon dessert pizza and both were to die for. We will be coming back for sure.

Just ordered 4 pizzas ($55 worth) and was told delivery was under an hour. An hour and a half later the pizza arrived and our cheese pizza was burned black (picture attached). We called and explained the situation and were told "we can send a new one out but it will look the exact same. That is how our cheese pizza has always looked". They also claimed that the other pizzas did not look like that because the small amount of toppings on them absorbed the excess heat and caused it not to burn. I have seen a batch of pizzas go through an oven that was turned too high and they all burned. Didn't matter the toppings. The level that this pizza was burned would have absolutely scorched the pepperoni's if that was true. Additionally, the picture of their cheese pizza on their website is not burned at all and is cooked perfectly. If you choose to eat here beware if you have an issue with your order, you will not find any resolution. If you call and complain and don't like their answer they will hang up on you as well.

These people are so kind, friendly and courteous. They helped me when they didn't have to and the food was awesome. My wife can't have red sauce the calzone with alpine sauce.

It's pizza. Not NY city or Chicago good but not bad for onalaska tx. Fast and friendly folks.but of course, it's Texas

I just wanted to warn people about the drive thru there is hole at the end. I hit just right I guess because I went to get my tires rotated and they said I have a bent rim and a hole on the side my tire. I spoke with MIke and he said they are not paying anything. I suggested to him he might want to fix hole. He said I was someone wanting something for nothing which is not true.

Ordered 2 large pizzas on hawian with extra toppings the crust was soggy and barley any pizza sauce tried to call and have another pizza sent back didn't happen

I asked to be called when pizza was ready as I was on my way home. Pulled into parking lot and waited. Finally called them and they said it was ready. Went thru the drive thru. Home is 10 minutes away. Pizza was barely warm. First time that has happened. I will go back but won't wait for them to call.

We went to their new Onalaska location and won't be back. Pizza is too doughy. They won't make what they call a specialty pizza, Buffalo chicken, for the buffet. However you can add toppings to the ones that they put out. Now make sense of that. The cheese bread and cinnamon sticks are dry. So if you like all dough thick sauce then this is the place for you. If you like to be packed in like sardines then come on down.

Pizza was awesome! Cooked perfectly like we like it. Will definitely be eating there again!

I got to work there for three days before it shutdown. I enjoyed making pizza for the people of Onalaska, it's a shame that it is shutdown. I wish it would open soon so I could have a place to eat and make pizza.

I ordered Pizza online went to go pick it up at 7: 30 when the store was supposed to be open and it has been closed it is now the 29 I ordered on the 24th in the store still isn’t open and I cannot get in contact with anybody to get my money back if there was a less than one star that’s what I would give

I called over 20 times, not exaggerating, over 30 minutes and not once did the workers pick up. There was nothing on their website or their Facebook saying that they are closed. I was trying to place a delivery order because their online delivery system is down and there are no third part delivery services available to use.

"Closed until Friday at 11" the sign says when you get to the Onalaska Simple Simon's drive thru window. However, they had no problem taking my money for an online order and wasting my time to pick up a pizza that was never made on June 25th, 2022. I am still waiting to hear back about a refund.

The pizza was great. The customer service not so good. They left me hanging outside. They told me it wasn't ready yet and needed about 7 more minutes & they would bring it to me. 30 minutes later, I went in to check, and the person told me she didn't know I was waiting.

Save your money and go somewhere else made the mistake of giving a chance since I try to support local businesses not worth money frozen pizza would have been better

Dang good pizza and I love there wings. Not too pricey. They actually have bone in wings not the chicken nuggets everywhere else calls boneless wings.

Well I want people to beware that, they should not use their cc or debit card at this store. We used my card which we have to give it over the phone. All sudden I have 3 charges on my debit card that adds up to over 169 dollars. My bank is working on it now. I did not use that card all day except for the pizza and suddenly I have charges. I have investigated what I could and it keeps leading me here. Please please use cash when you order over the phone because you just don’t know.

The pizza is still good but the service has gotten awful.the buffet is suppose to be out at 11 but it's never ready until after 12.seems like the employees cant get to work on time.yesterday they had no plates and was telling everyone to use a paper towel until they sent someone to get plates.

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever bought. How do you sell someone a loaded pizza without cheese. Spent $40 for two pizzas and the toppings were burned to a crisp and dry as a bone. I called to inform the manager that we received an inedible pizza, I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. I explained that I was a long time customer and I thought they needed to know there was a problem. I didn’t complain, didn’t ask for my money back, nothing like that. I just wanted them to know. The service rep went off on me and then hung up. Not only did I get a horrible pizza, I got a horrible attitude in return. Don’t eat pizza from Simple Simon’s.
