I hired them to do a deep clean of my vacant house before listing it for sale. This was the worst excuse for cleaning I have ever seen. 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all, still had scum ring in bowl (pic) and not even wiped down. Shower doors were not cleaned at all, left covered in a layer of film. Lots of hair left in shower drain (pic)! My stairs are laminate flooring and she left a thick layer of an oily substance all over the stairs making them extremely unsafe to even walk on. She did not clean inside any of the cabinets! (All cabinets are completely empty after move out). Left them dirty and did not bother to even wipe inside them (pic). Don’t waste your money with this company.
I used this service 2 separate times. The 1st time they did a great job. The 2nd time they broke a mirror in the my bathroom. I was in the house I heard a loud noise and went to check. The lady was ok and said everything was fine. I went back after they completed the restroom to discover a glass container on the countertop had been broken. No big deal, but it bothered me that I had to discover it and they didn't point this out. After they completed the house, I went back into the bathroom and found some glass shards on the countertop. Then I noticed that a section of the bottom of the mirror was broken.
When I contacted them they came back the next day to see the broken mirror. My mirrors are lighted led mirrors. She said they would pay to replace the mirror since they had broken it. I order a replacement (was able to find it cheaper than the original), sent them the receipt and was told they would issue payment.
Payment was never received and wouldn't respond to texts.
Accidents happen, but to not tell me about the broken items until I discovered them myself and then to not replace it, is an issue.
Cleaning service was good, but how this situation was handled is unacceptable.
