Great service, I love the wonderful Christian environment. The snack selection is always amazing.

We brought in our handicap van to get fixed and Sims attempted to rip us off. They tried to charge us $2400 on Engine mounts alone when the shop down the street was charging $1080. In fact the total bill would have been around double for everything they wanted fixed. My husband already established that the shop down the street offered a free estimate despite you stating, “as any shop should” (charge for estimates) and that the electronic paperwork had a $0 balance beforehand, which was confirmed over the phone by your sales rep before he came in. Further, you had the audacity to bend the truth about my husband’s review. Yes my husband is a school teacher and yes he did say that he was going to leave reviews. And make some phone calls because your manager (maybe owner), Bradley refused to give him the keys at first and even tightly held onto them as he mean mugged my husband when he tried to take them from his hand. My husband literally had to pull them from his grip. The phone calls that my husband was going to make weren’t nefarious threats-they were going to be to the police and his family attorneys (he comes from an affluent family whose father has successfully litigated over 100 court cases). Further, your Christian music and bibles on your countertops don’t offend us, but the fact that you rip people off while giving the perception that you’re Christians does! It’s not a matter of “not being the cheapest repair shop. ” It’s a matter outright trying to rip people off (a school teacher and father of a special needs child at that)! All you had to do was apologize. Instead you doubled down! Shame on you!

Hey I just want to say the staff and techs at Sims Automotive are the cream of the crop! I highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs! The shop is not only the classiest in town but equipped with all the latest equipment to get the job done! I’ve been going there since day one about 5 years ago when they took over the shop and I tell you these guys are top shelf when it comes to the skills to repair your car! If you need some mechanical repairs give them a try I highly recommend them.oh and this business is Christian owned and operated! Thanks guys for always taking care of my needs yall are the best hands down! JC

Don’t be fooled by the Christian music in the background and Bibles on the countertop. These guys will attempt to rip you off! I brought in my handicap van for Engine mounts and told them that it was engine mounts. They ended up doing a total inspection on it (I didn’t ask them to do so). They inspected it and sent me an estimate. It was OUTRAGEOUS! They tried charging me over $2400+ for all 4 mounts. I got a quote down the street for $1080! For axles they wanted $1020. Got that quoted for around $350 less down the street. But what really burned me up is that when I declined the services I was at a $0 balance on the computer screen and was even told over the phone by the sales rep on the phone that I owed nothing before I picked it up. Then when I got in there the slicked back hair manager (Bradly or something) tried charging me $135 for the inspection (btw free inspection down the street as well). He got mouthy with me when I refused to pay the inspection fee, but I stood my ground and then he mean mugged me while giving me my keys back. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

I would definitely recommend sims automotive to anyone! The entire process was quick, easy, and affordable. I had my car back the same day, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! I had to bring my son in the shop before it was ready, and Mrs. Vicky and Mr. Tim were the sweetest people i’ve be ever met! He got stickers, treats, and great conversation. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they offer a great warranty on the work you have done! They also kept me informed throughout the entire process. Overall, this is an amazing shop with an amazing staff!

My car had been towed to the dealership three times before we finally made it to Sim Auto Shop. At this point, I was frustrated and exhausted from dealing with all the back and forth and not having a vehicle. When we finally got to Anthony, we were definitely frustrated, not with him at all but with what we had been going through. However, after our visit there my vehicle is finally up and running again with no issues. It’s been such a relief. Thank you again for your patience and understanding, Anthony! I would definitely return to this business for auto issues.
