Singing Hills Funeral Home, Dallas TX

My mother, father, and I all completed pre-need services through Dignity Memorial (Singing Hills). My mother recently passed very unexpectedly, and having the pre-need arrangements in place eased so much stress and burden off of us in planning for her service and burial. Ms. Tarsha Goodwin, the funeral director, did an outstanding job with the service from start to finish and was extremely kind, gracious, and patient. I have been telling everyone since that if they haven't made funeral plans, they should definitely consider these arrangements.

I just want to say thank you to singing Hills funeral home they were very professional very nice and It was very beautiful how everything was done and I would suggest them to anyone who’s looking to have their family member taken care of by them because they did a beautiful job getting my husband ready and just took care of us very well I just want to say thank you so much to all of you.

The staff made the process very easy. They were very professional and courteous. Everything was on time and in order. My family was very happy with the overall experience.

The Staff was excellent! They did such a great job on our family member. Our entire family was pleased with the services Singing Hills Provided. Words cannot express my gratitude to the Singing Hills Funeral Home family. I loss my grandmother who I have been take care of for the past 6 years, thank God she had a policy already in place and it was paid off, but still even with things that was not covered Chris really helped work with the family to getting everything set up and just going absolutely above and beyond to among this experience a great one in the midst of sorrow. Please if you looking for a funeral I definitely recommend Singing Hills they are right there almost next to Jesus lol. I’m just giving a disclosure because I know when she came in I was like, “Ugh, lady now just where are you going? ” I had that look like wait no one called for Addams Family Funeral Services, lol. I hope you laughed because God knows I had to let them know I wasn’t expecting that sweet young lady to come get my grandmother I'm just being honest. But the lady did her job, and got my grandmother yo where she belong, and there was no problems lol. So when she comes and get your love one just smile get her autograph and know just like Allstate she is in good hands lol. Singing Hills will definitely have you singing their praises, very good people.

I would like to say how kind and professional the staff is here. We had come to pay respect to a church member and she was absolutely gorgeous! The presentation and setup was phenomenal. Our family was in such awe at how beautiful our dear loved one was laid to rest. I admire excellent customer service and from the front desk lady and all the staff made us feel so comforted and seen. Even their dress code! Keep up the great work. Hats off to you all at Singing Hills.

Beyond thankful to have met Mr. Jordan. He treated us with compassion, very respectful and made this unfortunate situation less stressful. I love the fact that he treated us like family and not a business deal. We appreciate you Mr. Jordan and the friendly staff at Singing Hills Funeral Home.

My Experience with Singing Hills was awesome! The staff was very caring and professional. In the beginning I felt alone but once I spoke with the staff they assured me that everything was going to be OK and they were right they made me feel like family they did exactly what needed to be done and I was very pleased!
