The tile in my kitchen, bathroom and living area looks great after Sir Grout cleaned and dyed the grout. I am very pleased with the work!

I was in a pinch, having just closed on a new home, with furniture being delivered, without having the grout on our floors sealed. I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called we arrived at my house. Hats off to the customer service these techs receive. I’ve used Sir Grout a couple of times now. The work was outstanding and I was given a great price. Very easy to work with, low stress.

I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was beginning to have signs of mold and calcium build up. Jorge, the owner, came out and looked at the shower - gave me a reasonable quote - and within a few days they had a technician come out to perform the work. The technician arrived at 10AM and finished around 2PM.

It is a family owned business, quality service, and they care. Give them a shot if you are looking for a service.

My bathroom looks completely brand new (!) and clean after I hired Sir Grout. The price was reasonable, they scheduled the work in a timely manner, and the tech was efficient and professional. Jorge did a thorough job of describing the steps that are involved in cleaning and restoring my shower. The grout in my shower had nasty and unsightly mold underneath the caulking which I could not clean using many types of cleaners. He explained why I shouldn’t use typical bleach cleaners and the damage it does to the shower tiles and grout. I like the fact that they only use all natural substances that are not harmful to our health. I have children and pets which the decision to use Sir Grout was a no brainer. Jorge is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Great customer service is a must.

Don't call them they will try to rip you off and when they won't be able to rip you off they will messed up your project and leave you in a rock and hard place to find someone else. Bunch of unprofessional scams they are trying to pull. Don't waste your time and effort with them it's not worthed.

Used their service to renew my shower and they did an excellent job to regrout and seal the shower walls and the floor. Courtney and Jorge from the office were great in scheduling the job and their technician, Jose was very detailed and meticulous and delivered an excellent job.

Sir Grout did a Wonderful job with my condo tile. It looks like new, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jorge was very communicative throughout the process, answered all of my questions along the way, and made sure I was happy with the final product. I highly recommend!

The job looked beautiful after completion. They did a whole large bathroom floor, and some tub and shower re-grouting as well. It was scheduled and done in a timely fashion. The price was very fair. And, the young man that did it was highly skilled and quick.

I have a large bathroom, with large floor tiles. The grout was crumbling in some areas and a few tiles were shifting when you walked on them. Had them come out and pull up the loose tiles, reset them, repair the grout where needed, and do a cosmetic touch up to all of the grout. The price was reasonable, they were on time, got it done in one day as committed, and it looks great. So very happy right now.

Owner representative very personable and professional. Lead technician arrived on time and quickly suggested some improvements to the color and approach. The team of three worked diligently and kept everything tidy. A few areas needed more attention after they finished, but the field team jumped on it immediately without any challenge. I would hire them again.

I previously had work completed by the old owners of the company. It was difficult to get in contact with the old owners (possibly due to transitioning ownership) about an area of concern that they had repaired months ago. The new owners got in contact with me immediately and fixed the problem for free. I am thankful for their professionalism and the work they completed. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend their service.

After Sir Grout did our shower it look like is was brand new. They showed up on time and they cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them.
