This company delayed my move by 2 months and has not given the over $500 rebate that I’m owed. Terrible customer service, clueless, filled with excuses. Would not recommend.

Terrible moving company, do not use! Used a brokerage company who contracted them. Took them over 2 months to deliver my stuff, with no update or knowledge of where or when it would be delivered. Several expensive items were missing and other other items were damaged. Their "insurance" is terrible. They offered $61 for over $2000 worth of missing and damaged items. They haven't refunded me for overage charges of $2500 after 4 months. The Better Business Bureau has revoked their USDOT license for "refusal of audit/No Contact interstate commerce. "

This company is a scam and many people have reported having their items stolen. Luckily my items were finally returned to me 3 MONTHS later. If I could emphasize anything it would be to run away from all interaction with this company.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. Was over charged to start with. Did not get our belongings delivered for 2 months. A lot of my tools were missing from the boxes and most of our stuff that made it to the destination was damaged. Could not get anyone to answer our phone calls when trying to locate our house hold items. I was out of pock over $5000.00 just to live for the 2 months they had our stuff. Had to buy our family all new clothes because everything was packed up in the moving truck. That was only one of the major experience that we had to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Can I give zero stars? Was saddled with this company from a third party service. They did not call to schedule as promised. Crew to pick up items was on time but never wrapped by solid wood furniture in moving pads, only plastic wrap. It took hours of calls to the service line to be told no date on my move. Broker said 7-14 days. It took 1.5 months. Upon arrival only one person was in the truck to offload furniture that was intended to go upstairs. Every single piece was damaged and they will all need to be refinished and repaired. Claims service has taken 5 months and has offered $50.00 to settle claim. I'm so mad I can't believe the lack of care for my personal belongings or the time and stress it took to get them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My son moved from Texas to South Dakota, summer 2021. After 2 weeks of no news, he was told his stuff was in a warehouse in Texas. Looking back at the contract, we found it to say "30 business days" which could be extended based on location, weather, acts of God, or other unknown circumstances. When he tried to call, the phone number online is disconnected. He called Perennial Movers (the third party that contracted out to Sirius) and IF he was able to connect to a person he was told: it was a hard area to get to, it's the busy season, we're short on trucks, etc. Usually he would be on hold for 30-45 minutes, then get disconnected.

We were very concerned whether he'd get his stuff, any or all of it, and what condition it would be in. Finally, when it arrived, it appeared to be all there and in decent condition. He'll know more after unpacking. It took 67 days or 9.5 weeks (that's 47 business days) to get his stuff. He had to buy many things to have basic living during that time.

Don't let their price tag suck you in. Remember, you get what you pay for. If only my son had done more research. I hope this review helps others avoid the stress, lack of sleep, and extra expense we had to go through!

A nightmare. I originally hired Alliance Van Lines to handle my move from California to New York. Without telling me anything they passed the ball to Sirius Van Lines.

Here's a recap of almost 3 months of stress and sleeping on an air mattress:

- My first available delivery date was June 15. They delivered on September 5, almost 3 months later.
- After a month and a half of me calling/emailing every few days and them saying "As soon as we have an update we'll let you know", they finally told me they basically had no drivers.
- When my stuff finally came, it was one (yes, one) guy who didn't speak any English and communicated with me through Google Translate. I had no choice but help him with the move, as he was only one person and he would have 100% damaged some of my big items without my help. So I literally paid for a move where I was part of the labour.
- My building management required a Certificate Of Insurance to use the service elevator. It was never sent to me, and I had been asking for it for 3 months. I was lucky to even be able to complete the move.
- All my belongings were piled up on the truck together with other people's belongings, with literally multiple bicycles and musical instruments just thrown on top of each other. I feel bad for the next person who will get that stuff delivered handled that way. It seriously looked like a bad comedy movie.
- My queen-size mattress is missing
- My wall mirror is missing
- The wheels of my rowing machine are missing, so now I can't move it anymore.
- My dresser was clearly handled very poorly and it's not usable anymore. It's all deformed and the drawers don't open/close without brutal force.

In their contract it says that after 30 business days from the first available delivery date, they owe me $30 for each day they're late. I lost count so I don't know how much money they owe me. I of course emailed them to file a claim for the extremely late delivery and the missing belongings, but honestly I'm not holding my breath - I will of course update this review and let everyone know if they reimbursed me.

This has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

THEY STOLE MY GOODS - they picked my stuff up in June and after they loaded it on the truck they held it ransom for more money, then they didn't deliver my belongings and changed all of their contact information and then months later had a lady from a different state start calling me, my belongings showed up they asked for even more money and dropped off boxes that they'd gone through - opened this up and stole my only valuables. DO NOT USE

After 7 1/2 weeks my property arrived. Furniture missing/stolen, furniture damaged, boxes smashed and there is no way to contact them.
Additional police reports and a lawsuit will be made soon.

Delivery delayed 6 weeks. Upon arrival every box damaged, desk broken in half, furniture edges broken. Only the driver arrived, we had to unload. No one answers phone, these guys are a SCAM

They delivered my materials a month and a half later. My moving boxes were all damaged and they stole sever of my belongs and my bed rails from my queen size bed, they exchanged my queen box spring until a full size bed spring. And they the broke my writing desk on date of delivery. They let lots of flies in my apartment and was nice and nasty about. It what promised 3 people to deliver my belongs. And it was only Austin and his sister Meredith on load my belongs. I would not trust Austin the mover that lives in Denton TX and his. He and the company will not take care of your belongs. Also he will try to hit on you and try to get your phone number. And he will try to get extra money after the agreed amount with Prestigious Moving company in Las Vegas. When I tried to reported him to the moving company how my belongs was handed by Austin his sister the two to movers handled my belongs at the finally drop off point. Then I called the number on the Sirius Van Lines invoice to make a claim the phone number on the invoice it was out of order. They seem nice at the beginning but that is the worst moving company to handle your moving. And also Prestigious Moving Services and Sirius Van Line. Serval other clients have had the same or worse experience please do your home work. Please read custom reviews they are really true. Before you use these Sirius Van Lines and Prestigious Moving company and especially Sirius Van Line they are a fraud. They are not a company that is with the BBV.

Sirius Van Lines picked up my furniture from Charlotte NC on June 16,2021 by a guy naned Brendon and 2 workers. I should have known from the beginning they were scammers.according to Brendon I had more things than they first thought after most of my belongings were already on their rented truck from Budget.he called his wife Jamie who quoted me an extra $1000.if most of my things were on the truck.what was I to do. This was a specific question I asked when setting up this move. I told them every single piece of furniture and exact number of boxes because I did not want charges tacked on! At that stage I spoke with a Blake Johnson.come to find out I think Blake was a broker! Furthermore I was told by Brendon the mover my belongings would be delivered on June 25,2021. Well I heard nothing from them. June 25 came and went. I started calling and calling.sometimes I called all day because they would have you on hold or hang up on you. Finally after many many calls I estimate over 80 calls because I could not locate any of my furniture. Jaimie would only to say your contract said we have 30 days to deliver. I explained to Jaime.your husband Brendon stated it would be delivered June 25 and if I needed storage you would give 30 days free storage.but I did not need any storage. This company Sirius Van Lines and represenative Jaime made my move a horrible.terrible.frustrating stressful ordeal.from beginning to end. After all the calls.someone who goes by the name Max texted stating furniture would be delivered July 12. I was excited but very short lived when the driver delivered furniture he had NO idea he was delivering to a house and it was a full service move. Jaime representing her company Sirius Van Lines told the driver he was delivering to a warehouse. The driver did not know how to put items back together. I explained I paid for full service move. Brendon and his crew took my furniture apart in Charlotte NC and I paid to be put back together upon delivery. Well the driver did as best he could.leaving me with furniture not put back together. Not only that.this company stole so many of my items.off the top of my head I am missing an very expensive king size mattress.kitchen table. 9 boxes.all my kitchen appliances.glasses.living room chair.etc. I spoke to Jaime and all I would hear is we are searching for it. Finally Jaime says we cannot find it.file a claim.this was their plan from the beginning. I told Jaime they were scammers and that I pressed charges against them.if you want your belongings DO NOT hire this company!

Horrible. SAVE YOURSELF. The thing in the corner is not mine. Jaime doesn't seem to want to retrieve it. Quoted one price charged over a extra 1000 dollars. I have another review with details on here. They damaged your items, steal your items and you receive someone else item (s). They are not trustworthy and need to be sure down. Read other reviews on this company and do not use Interstae Movers. They are brokers and apart of the mess. Unfortunately it was to late for me.

Worst experience I've ever had in a moving company. Being military for 15 years and having moved several times. Lots of items damaged or missing. Company are hard to contact and doesn't care about your move.

After getting quotes from other companies I chose them for my son’s apartment moving. Their prices are reasonable. They are professional. They didn’t waste any time and were super super friendly. Definitely recommended!
