Horrible! Do NOT rent from them! The rental office was closed for the night by the time our flight arrived. Many others had the same issue and no one could reach anyone. The phone number gives you the run around and disconnects you so you aren’t able to talk to anyone. Finally reached someone on the day we were supposed to pick up our rental and they said the branch was closed and we could get the rental the following day or he would send an email with cancellation info. Never got the email. Still Can’t access anything on the website and can’t actually get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Would NEVER rent with them! If I could give negative stars I would!

Horrible! They never have luxury cars for rent. This company will try to take your money even when you don't decide to go through with a rental in lieu of them not having the cars within the classes that they promise to have. Since when did a Chevrolet Blazer become luxury? I have tried to rent from them twice however; I ended up leaving and dissatisfied because I felt tricked. No since of customer service whatsoever. My reservation was for 3: 30 PM. They knew in the morning they had no cars available for me yet and still they allowed me to driver over there in the rain to attempt to stick me into some trash. Never pay in advance to this company.

I used a debit card to rent online. They require a utility bill but I did not bring a bill and the account was recently closed because I no longer live at that residence. The only other option is credit card and I don't have one. I just wasted some time.

Service was good, and we were provided with a great car that was actually an upgrade from what we originally booked, at no extra cost. The actually vehicle (Mazda CX-6) was an amazing experience. I suggest requesting this car. It provided GPS and ITUNES compatibility with your phone. There was also reverse camera assistance and blind spot alerts while driving. Even the cruise control sensed other vehicles in front of you, and automatically slowed down, but picked back up speed on its own once the vehicle was no longer in front of you. GREAT CAR and overall experience. Thank you

Was charged for vehicle damage waiver when I clearly informed him that I didn’t want it. Didn’t include my corporate discount. Wasn’t the vehicle class I reserved. Ended up paying $150.00 more than I was quoted.

I requested a 4WD and after getting on the road realized it was not a 4WD. I called the manager at the Addison location and he was extremely helpful in getting us into the vehicle we needed before we got out of town. We ended up having to go to DFW but it only delayed us an hour and the manager was super apologetic and helpful in making it right. Would definitely use Sixt again in the future. Pickup in Addison was easy.

I am only leaving 1 star because I can't leave zero stars. Don't EVER rent a car from these buffoons. They have no clue how to run a car rental business. I returned the car i rented early and they lost the keys to it. Then I received multiple calls and emails blaming me for their losing the keys. They have great cars and attractive rates, but not worth the hassle. Go rent somewhere else.

Sixt was a life saver. I showed up at their door at the end of the day an emotional mess needing to rent a car due to family emergency. I forgot my major credit card at home while rushing out of the house they allowed me to usey debit card, even with my living out of state and no plane ticket. It was obvious the employee was truly trying to help me. Even with it being at end of day, no reservation they had me in a vehicle and on the road in less than 15 minutes. I ended up having to extend my trip a day and that couldn't have been easier either. Returning the vehicle took less than 5 minutes and I wasn't hit with any hidden charges. Great experience, wonderful vehicle, and I'm verry appreciative of the service I received.

I have rented from SIxt Rental Car for the last couple of years now- when my vehicle has been in for repair- out of the DFW Airport location primarily in 2017- and then recently with the Dallas/ Addison location within the Marriott.

I’ve next to never rented a car off site in my past 20 years of my career while traveling extensively- but I chose to this time and am I glad I did.

David L - is a Star- he went above and beyond for the first rental I had for 23 days- and the current rental I’ve had for now the last 7 days.

Their rates are competitive- the cars they provide are always loaded and top of their class with low miles and in pristine condition. The entire experience working with David L - and the team at SIxt was efficient and the follow up emails with the check in/ check out emails- followed up with final receipt via email- was beyond expectations.

Nevermind the rates are competitive. Not sure if their internal motto is to under promise and over deliver - but that sure has felt that way every time I’ve rented from Sixt- both at the DFW Airport and now the off site location at The DNT and Belt Line.

Well done David- you certainly exceed and have so far exceeded my expectations.

It’s rare for me to take the time to write a review - but once I saw the email in my inbox this Saturday morning- I knew I should take the 5-10 minutes to recognize the outstanding performance of David and SIxt.

It will be nice when SIxt has locations across all the major cities in the US- so I can make them my exclusive rental car provider for me and the company I lead.

Staff is great. I've had a few issues with satellite radio, but they always make things right. Great cars and good people.

Reserved rental for $250, was charged double (not including the deposit). Random charges from Sixt appeared on my credit card statement, but customer service claimed no record of the charges being made. I filed a complaint over a week ago & no one has responded. I am still trying to recover my money from this company. I will not be using this service again.

They don't answer the phone and they tend not to even be in location. I waiting 20 minutes, left and then cancelled my reservation.

Generally, not a great company to rent from. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Customer service was subpar. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up.

Cars here are very limited. Most look very used and reek of smoke. Do your self a favor a go to the airport. I would not come here again and I would not recommend.

Arrived at dfw location, room was full of frustrated people arguing with staff. Cars not available, staff treating people rudely for not wanting to pay for upgraded cars because the class they reserved was unavailable. Of course they didn't have my car, could not upgrade, instead sent me in one of thier midsize cars to another location 30 minutes away to "trade" one car for the one I reserved. Was assured the other location was expecting me, "just swap keys". On arrival the alternate location was unprepared, had no idea i was coming and took over an hour to clean the trashed out car i came to pick up. They were annoyed and unapologetic when i told them i was in a hurry (already delayed 2 hours at this point), response was "well you'll just have to wait, the car is filthy". They should have started cleaning when i was on my way to the alternate location. We'll never do business with these clowns again.

Got here for a 10AM pickup and the car was not on site - front desk attendant did the bare minimum to try and improve the situation (couldn’t be bothered to try and call the other location to confirm pickup time).

This location is terrible. A lot of hassles with renting.the staff are not trained for this job nor on proper customer relations, except the supervisor, who reasons well. Gave us a very dirty van, wasted our time cleaning the van, while we waited, now our card is overcharged!
we returned the van after hours and dropped the keys with the valet at Marriott as instructed. The incompetent staff did not pick the key when she came to work, but waited till the valet guy brought the key to her later in the evening. Hence, she charged our card for the day while the van was parked right there before she even came to work. This is ridiculous! Sixth, your customers will not pay for your incompetence! Just give us our refund right away. Period!
