Needed to get a pair of shoes from the top storage area. I asked for help and I was told, "I guess I can help you". Oh really now? Don't let me get in the way of you standing and leaning against the counter.

If this location is open for business, no one answered the phone. I drove to this location several months ago, only to find it was closed and under remodel. I called to see if it is open and no answer. I 'm going to another location that answers the phone. No stars.for service not given.

I bought two pair shoes per buy one and get one half price. The first pair is perfect. When it wears out, I try to wear the second pair. Unfortunately, even though they are labeled as the same size shoes, the second pair is smaller. When I went the store, the guy didn’t provide the exchange! The customer service is unacceptable. The store manager had a very bad attitude. We had been the store more than 10 years. After this, we will never go there again.

Good selection of sneakers for anyone in the family. Usually have a good discount compared with regular stores.

Good assortment of shoes yes, but the service is terrible. 3 guys at the entry talked to each other the whole time. A lady asked me where the steel toed boots were! Never asked me if I needed any help. Go to the mall locations, there most will ask if they can help you with anything.

Well organized store clean and there’s always someone to help. Our favorite store since my daughter loves twinkle toes.

I being there a few times and the personal seems like they don’t want to be there, today for example I went to ask about a shoe model that I was looking for and I saw this guy on the latter so I say hello how you doing! But he totally ignored me! Then I said excuse me sir! And he just looked me over the shoulder without saying a word (BAD ATTITUDE) so I saw he’s reaction and I told him “never mind”. Is not the first time that somebody in that particular store show that kind of behavior! (Maybe they need to find a different job, or maybe they didn’t get lunch that day…. I don’t know! Purchased t shoes online with SKETCHERS, they was too wide, I took them in for a return/exchange for a different kind. Customer service was great, I couldn't make up my mind between two different pair, someone on the floor helped me in choosing the best ones for the work that I do, thank you SKETCHERS at Westheimer and Voss location.

Received excellent help and sales person was knowledgeable about different shoe types. Store was neat and clean. Will gladly go back again.

This place owes me a refund for over 10 days it has not been credited to my account to purchase new shoes $97

Bad services. They don’t give me a solution and they were very rude. I will never going to visit this store again. I had to go to other store to solution my problem. God brand but bad worker.

Worst store I have ever seen Be carful guys, they cheat their customers when applying the coupons, the manager was trying to cheat me with my welcome coupons. I’ll never come to this store again. Unprofessional customer service.
